Found a crack on the barbell. Sent a picture to Ritfit support through Amazon. They answered immediately and sent me a new, better, bar! Great customer service. It's perfect for our home gym. It is sturdy and is multifunctional. Weights have a rubber covering making them easier to handle and easier to keep from unwanted damage. Took me about 2 hours to set everything up. This cage offers a tremendous amount of workouts for the money. I got the entire package, cage, bench, bar, and weights. The worst part is it took about 30 days to get all of the items since everything is shipped separately. Which is no fault of the sellers, FedEx lost several items along the way and the seller was quick to respond and send out replacement parts promptly. The cage and items it comes with a very well made and should last a very long time if cared for. I would highly recommend it ... show more

The rack is great especially for the price. It was easy to put together. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the placement of the poles that hold the weights makes it so that you can’t bench inside the rack if there are weights on the top poles. You can move the bar clips to the front side of the rack for bench but then you don’t get to use the safety bars. Otherwise it’s great! ... show more

Everything came all at once and it was very easy to assemble. One piece arrived broken and after contacting the seller they sent me a new piece immediately. They have great customer service. I highly recommend this and I know it'll last a long time.
