Just enough sweep and rise for a comfortable ride. Hands no longer go numb even after 20-30 miles. I wound up taking an inch and a half (easy with tubing cutter) off each side for a perfect fit. Really happy with this purchase

You're trying to figure out how to make your mountain bike more comfortable because your wrists are killing you from being twisted. Trust me this is a better choice. Quality but ergonomics just arent for me at all...its kinda halfway between a traditional bar and a jones H bar. Unfortunately, it seems to have the WORST features of both bars. Maybe other riders could find them comfortable.
