You may want to order a size up. If you are a bit more endowed I would even say two sizes up. This works great and and the movement and protection is there but it does fit snug and can pinch a little if you block a punch low. If you are getting hit here repeatedly enough to where it’s not enough for you grab a new training partner because they should be aiming for your head and body not you crotch. ... show more

It laces up the back which makes it difficult for a boxer to put on by themselves. Would work much better if it was velcro
