  • Excellent Smart Ring – Comfortable and Accurate Excellent Smart Ring – Comfortable and Accurate
I’ve been using the RingConn Gen 3 for a few days now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The setup was quick and straightforward, and the app is easy to navigate. The ring is lightweight, comfortable to wear all day and night, and doesn’t get in the way during daily activities. The sleep tracking has been especially useful, providing detailed insights that seem very accurate compared to how I actually feel each morning. Battery life is excellent, and I appreciate not having to charge it constantly like a smartwatch. The build quality feels premium, and the matte silver finish looks sleek and modern. It’s a great option for anyone who wants comprehensive health tracking without wearing a bulky watch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and reliable smart ring! ... show more

  • Pleasantly surprised Pleasantly surprised
Color: Royal Gold Size: 8
I was pleasantly surprised with this one. I purchased the competitor oura 5 and they changed their design and it was too tight. And also, they were very aggressive in their nature with how they gave you information and it stressed me out. This ring is Very calm natured. Nothing is yelling at you telling you to go to bed on time or making you feel bad when a stat is a little bit off. Some of my favorite features are that it tells you how many steps you did during each hour of the day so like from 11:30 to 12:30 it might tell you that you did 400 steps but then from 1:30 to 2:30 you did 1000 steps! It’s really nice to see that breakdown and not just see the count It’s also really important to mention that the competitor ring and all watches only track your blood oxygen and your HRV at night. This ring tracks it all day long so you can see on every hour what your stats are! I thought that was really great as well too The competitor ring has “tags” that you can write you know if you weren’t feeling well or if you noted something special on a specific day you would tag it. Well, here you can write different symptoms and then there is a special screen that compares symptoms overtime that you have written and let you know that you might see these certain symptoms at certain times of the month so I thought that was really cool as well. One thing I wanna talk about is sizing. The competitor ring I was a size 8, and I bought the newer version of that competitor ring in the same size and it was so tight because the sensors inside the ring are now protruding. This ring I purchased as well in a size 8. And the sensors inside this ring are protruding however because they have those protruding sensors they make the ring a little bit bigger to account for that so it’s not tight at all. It’s very comfortable. It’s much more comfortable than the competitor. And those little bumps inside the ring help hold it on at first I thought they were gonna hurt, but they’re really great. Another thing to mention is yes there are only about five exercises that you can choose from when you’re doing a workout. So for example, I like to do barre and Pilates so what I would do is choose the gentle yoga option. It doesn’t matter because it will still track your heart rate and how many calories you burn so it doesn’t matter what you call it, however They do allow you now to track workouts automatically. I have yet to experience it, but they say that they have tons and tons of workouts that it will automatically track so if for example, I go swimming in a pool and it says that I was wrestling and not what I was actually doing you can actually edit it and write what you were doing so that’s awesome too! Overall, I’m really surprised by this ring. I love that it doesn’t have an aggressive pushiness like the competitor. It’s very calm and friendly and very easy to understand and they literally do have tons and tons of stats just like the competitor and some more so like being able to see your steps broken down throughout the day. It’s a really great price and there is no subscription and I really do feel like this is a nice ring. If you’re looking for a lifestyle ring tracking different things throughout the day this is not an aggressive workout ring. If you are looking for something more aggressive for working out, I would definitely recommend the WHOOP. But this is perfect for lifestyle and just some exercises here and there and being able to know your body and how you’re feeling. I am somebody who has celiac disease and when I get gluten in my system from eating it, I get very sick and dizzy and it’ll be nice to be able to see my sleep charts and compare everything when those events happen so that I can be prepared. ... show more

  • Enjoying my purchase - well worth the money!
Color: Future Silver Size: 11
I was hesitant to order a smart ring but I needed something to track my sleep so I reviewed the smart rings out there and decided that the Ringconn Gen 3 would work. Not only did it get glowing reviews but there is no monthly subscription and it still did all the things the more expensive ring did. I ordered the ring sizing kit and wore a couple of rings to see which finger would work best, and I chose my left index finger. The ring came the next morning after I ordered it, it was super easy to set up and it hasn't left my finger since then. Super comfortable, looks great (got the shiny silver one) and the feedback so far has been easy to read and understand on the app. Some reviewers said the app was clunky to use but I haven't found any issues in general use but I have not done any of the planning yet with it. Some also said that the little light you can see at night is distracting but I haven't found it an issue. I usually have my hands under the blankets or the pillow and I rarely see it. When I do, it's a teeny tiny soft green light, and hasn't caused an issue. I've also been washing my hands while wearing it with no issues. The website says you can wear it in the shower but I haven't been able to bring myself to do that yet. The only downside to any of this is that the owners manual that comes with it has the absolute smallest font in the world and I cannot make my poor shortsighted eyes read it. Way too small for real people to read. I'm going to wear it awhile and come back and leave an update after I have a chance to work more with the app. The ring even came fully charged right out of the box so I haven't even had to plug in the charging case! ... show more

  • Love it!
This is a great ring. I came from the other well-known smart ring and was happy with it for a while, but I decided to try this one after reading that it had newer sensors and could provide insights related to blood pressure. All I can say is: wow. One of the biggest surprises for me was that it flagged possible apnea. I know this is not a medical device, but it pointed me in the right direction and encouraged me to seek proper medical advice. I had already suspected I might have an issue, and this gave me an extra reason to take it seriously. As for the blood pressure feature, it definitely does not replace a traditional blood pressure monitor, and I don’t think anyone should expect it to. You either find the feature useful as an extra reference point, or you don’t. For me, it is a nice addition. I also tested the step counter myself by counting steps manually, and the ring was usually slightly above my manual count, but never by more than about 5%. That is perfectly acceptable to me. I also own one of the newest Huawei watches, which is known for accurate heart rate tracking, and this ring usually differs by only about 1–2 bpm. Regarding sleep tracking, I found a comparison with a Fitbit device, which is often praised for sleep accuracy. In my opinion, the weak point is not necessarily the total sleep duration, but the breakdown of sleep stages, which I don’t expect to be perfectly accurate anyway. Honestly, I couldn’t care less about exact sleep stages. What matters most to me is knowing roughly how long I slept so I can tell whether I’m getting enough rest. One of the most important features for me is the stress and HRV tracking. With the widget, I can actually see that when I feel stressed, my HRV goes down and the stress score goes up almost immediately. That has been very useful and surprisingly consistent. Finally, the battery life is excellent — better than any other ring I’ve owned — and there is no subscription fee, which is a big plus. I’ve seen reviews where people mostly praise the battery life and the lack of subscription as the best things about this ring. I actually disagree. For me, the most important things are the features, the useful health insights, and the overall accuracy. The great battery life and no extra subscription are just the cherry on top. ... show more

  • Can’t Justify the Price.
Wasn’t my favorite for the price. App has decent features but a bit lackluster. The ring is not completely round inside and out. Even with the correct size the ring would rotate and become uncomfortable, continuously having to rotate it back. In all honesty, my TEMU $15 ring was way better app and all until it died. Only downfall. ... show more

  • This is the best if you are deciding between RingConn and other brands
Great alternative to Oura! The new design is sleek and I appreciate the subscription free app! So far I'm satisfied with the battery life, app, data, and charging. This is a much better value than Oura because it comes with a portable charger already and not just the dock like Oura does. The ring sizing kit size matched my ring perfectly (size 9). Looking forward to being a life long RingConn customer now. ... show more

  • Love the Rings, But the Direct Preorder Experience Was Rough
We genuinely love the RingConn Gen 3 rings themselves. The comfort, battery life, sleep tracking, and overall “wear it and forget it” experience have honestly been great so far. The battery life especially deserves credit because not having to constantly charge the ring every day makes it feel much more practical for long-term use compared to some other wearable devices. One thing I also really appreciate is the lack of a required subscription just to access your own health data. That alone makes the overall ownership experience feel much less annoying over time. The rings themselves also feel lightweight and comfortable enough for everyday wear, including sleep tracking, workouts, normal daily activity, and overnight monitoring. Now for the frustrating part. Amazon was actually fantastic with shipping and delivery. The reason we ended up buying through Amazon though is because we still had not received our original preorder directly from RingConn at the time. That part was honestly disappointing. It created the weird situation where Amazon fulfilled and delivered the product faster than the actual preorder process from the manufacturer. So to borrow a phrase from Joey Swoll: > “RingConn needs to do better.” 😄 To be clear, the complaint is mainly about the preorder fulfillment experience, not the actual smart rings themselves. The hardware has been excellent so far. Overall, the product itself has made a very strong impression, but the direct preorder experience definitely left room for improvement. ... show more

Color: Future Silver Size: 9
Only had it for a week but so far so good!!! I love the insights it gives, and the notification system was exactly what I was looking for. It lets you track vitals, sleep, menstrual symptoms, steps/basic exercise, even looks for sleep apnea trends, +more. All for no subscription!!!! Sizing kit was accurate, and the ring isn’t uncomfortable at all - just took some getting used to for the thickness. The only downside I foresee is possibility of scratches due to the material - it very clearly doesn’t feel like metal (looks like it though!), and it feels like it might scratch easily. ... show more
