  • Love it!
Color: Brushed Rose Gold Size: 8
This is a great ring. I came from the other well-known smart ring and was happy with it for a while, but I decided to try this one after reading that it had newer sensors and could provide insights related to blood pressure. All I can say is: wow. One of the biggest surprises for me was that it flagged possible apnea. I know this is not a medical device, but it pointed me in the right direction and encouraged me to seek proper medical advice. I had already suspected I might have an issue, and this gave me an extra reason to take it seriously. As for the blood pressure feature, it definitely does not replace a traditional blood pressure monitor, and I don’t think anyone should expect it to. You either find the feature useful as an extra reference point, or you don’t. For me, it is a nice addition. I also tested the step counter myself by counting steps manually, and the ring was usually slightly above my manual count, but never by more than about 5%. That is perfectly acceptable to me. I also own one of the newest Huawei watches, which is known for accurate heart rate tracking, and this ring usually differs by only about 1–2 bpm. Regarding sleep tracking, I found a comparison with a Fitbit device, which is often praised for sleep accuracy. In my opinion, the weak point is not necessarily the total sleep duration, but the breakdown of sleep stages, which I don’t expect to be perfectly accurate anyway. Honestly, I couldn’t care less about exact sleep stages. What matters most to me is knowing roughly how long I slept so I can tell whether I’m getting enough rest. One of the most important features for me is the stress and HRV tracking. With the widget, I can actually see that when I feel stressed, my HRV goes down and the stress score goes up almost immediately. That has been very useful and surprisingly consistent. Finally, the battery life is excellent — better than any other ring I’ve owned — and there is no subscription fee, which is a big plus. I’ve seen reviews where people mostly praise the battery life and the lack of subscription as the best things about this ring. I actually disagree. For me, the most important things are the features, the useful health insights, and the overall accuracy. The great battery life and no extra subscription are just the cherry on top. ... show more

  • Finally Found THE ONE!
Color: Brushed Rose Gold Size: 12
VERY happy with this purchase! Tried several smart rings, cheap & expensive. This smart ring's health info is best of all. Mild vibration if your attention is urgently needed (health concern or battery needs charging). Most smart rings show sleep pattern. This one shows the sleep pattern, but then can highlight on top of pattern in unison the sleeping heart rate. Of course you can see resting & variable heart rate in another part of app, but while you're in sleep pattern it's nice that the heart rate is highlighted together. Has a headache alert & sleep apnea awareness (showed I had mild apnea, ring made some suggestions & I followed one with much success). Durability: Fully charged on Sun and by next Wed.(10 days later) still had 23% charge. Had taken out cast iron skillet for dinner. Lost control of it and was either going to land on my foot or had to grasp roughly. Could hear ring grind against the skillet. Took a look, not one scratch! I'm a yellow gold gal, but heard polished finish could show scratches easier, so I opted for brushed rose. Made great choice! Blends beautifully with yellow gold. It's not a bubble gum rose color, more of a light moonbeam rose. I give this smart ring an A+++ ☺️ ... show more

  • Oh wow, a new Ringconn generation!
Color: Brushed Rose Gold Size: 10
I come to this review feeling a bit sad. I own 4 Ringconn Gen 2 rings and a Ringconn Air ring. My sadness comes from 2 things. The first is that I received no notice of a new generation. I happened to discover this Generation by complete accident. And frankly, these rings are so useful that I had to rush out and upgrade. My second source of sadness is that Amazon or Ringconn sent me the wrong ring. I ordered a Rose gold version in size 14 and received a Silver in size 15. I am assuming that since it is a new product, the mix-up happened because they are rushing to fulfill orders and are low on certain configurations. I'm not angry about this and I plan on buying the right size and color in a month or two (hopefully when they have better inventory) So onto the ring itself. There are changes to the interface that I haven't had time to fully explore. I'm not sure what I need Vascular health for, but like Sleep Apnea checking, I may not use it, but I'm glad it's there. I use my ring mostly to monitor my sleep habits, log my workouts, and keep track of my steps. I own a Garmin Fenix 8 Pro MICROLED, which I wear at the gym and while swimming and doing laps. But I like how discrete the Ringconn is. I like how it allows me to wear a nice watch instead of a chonky smartwatch, and I especially like how comfortable the ring is to wear when I'm sleeping. I only have 2 gripes with the Ringconn. The first is a matter of vanity. I kind of wouldn't mind matching my ring to my watch and belt buckle. To switch to a different ring, open the app, unpair the current ring, then pair the new one. Which is a major pain to do just to coordinate an outfit. The second gripe I have with Ring is that every once in a while, my Ring becomes completely unresponsive. It stops pairing with my smartphone, and I can't find anything online about how to fix it. In the year or two I have been wearing this wonderful device. I have lost 3 rings to this kind of freezing, and I really don't like it ... show more

  • RingConn Gen 3 Sizing Runs Slightly Larger Than Sizing Kit – Read Before You Choose a Size!
Color: Brushed Rose Gold Size: 8
I just bought the RingConn Gen 3 smart ring after doing a lot of research and wanted to share some sizing feedback that might help others. The biggest thing to know is that the sizing kit does not perfectly match the actual ring size. The real ring runs slightly larger than the plastic sizing kit, and it also feels different on the finger. I was between two sizes on the kit and, knowing the actual ring is a bit bigger, I chose the smaller size. That turned out to be a mistake for me personally. My fingers tend to swell at night and also during outdoor activities like pickleball, so the smaller size ended up feeling too tight at times. I also have future considerations like possible pregnancy swelling, so I realized I needed more flexibility. Even though I could technically move it to my smaller ring finger, I still wanted more comfortable wiggle room overall. One thing I did notice is that the inside of the actual ring has a smoother, slicker epoxy finish compared to the plastic sizer, which makes it easier to slide on and off than the kit suggests. The ring itself is beautiful, especially in gold, and feels very high quality. I’m exchanging it for a larger size and hoping it ends up being the perfect fit without being too loose. I strongly recommend getting the sizing kit first and factoring in swelling and real-life activity before choosing your final size. ... show more
