I love it. Its been a great addition to my lifestyle tracking. Great functionality and no monthly subscription fee. Now I know exactly how much and the quality of sleep I get. Durable but scratches, not a big deal to me. The app is easy to use also. I wash dishes, exercise and shower with it on and I haven't had any problem yet. Battery life is over a week with it set at 5 minute intervals checking my vitals. The heart rate is pretty much exactly in line with my expensive chest monitor I use for cardio.

I’ve had this for 1/2 a day and I really like it. We will see how it/the charger holds up as I’ve seen some people say it doesn’t last as long as it should. It was so easy to set up and had like 75% battery, then only took maybe 15 mins to fully charge. App is easy to navigate and frankly looks good. I did a small work out and it’s accurate with the steps so far. My mini stepper counts as well so I compared to that. All other vital signs seem to be in line with what my normal is too. It’s comfortable, not heavy or thick. But still feels high quality, I was pleased pulling it out of the package. UPDATE: It’s been over a week and I still like it. The battery would’ve lasted just about 9 days, I charged it before it got to ~0%. Good enough for me. It charged quickly too, did some chores and it was done. I keep seeing reviews with the app being troublesome but I haven’t had any issues and I rather enjoy it. There’s a lot of information. I saw an update for it so maybe that’s the issue??? The ring has been really comfortable, I did get the sizing kit and it’s worth waiting the extra day or two. I also see people complaining about the size when this company and other smart ring companies clearly state they don’t follow regular jewelry sizing. So truly size before you buy unless you’ve owned one before. Stats are overall pretty accurate. I somewhat know what time I wake up randomly while sleeping and it does match with what the app says so I tend to believe the rest of it for sleep. I’ve counted off steps in my head and then looked at the app — if I walked 50 steps it logged 50 steps. All of my workouts have been detected, time/calories/steps, all there.

I’ve had this ring for about a month now, and I’m genuinely amazed by it. After researching Ultrahuman, Oura Ring, and RingConn, I chose RingConn as the best fit for me—especially for cycle tracking and improving my health while managing endometriosis naturally. Even with just 30 days of data, the feedback has already been incredibly helpful. I work in health care and wash my hands constantly, and the durability has impressed me. I’ve bumped it on things, worn it through endless glove changes, and it has held up perfectly. It also stays on securely, which was a big concern for me. The sizing kit was accurate too. One of my favorite parts is that the app gives you full access to all your data with NO subscription fees. It tracks stress (very accurately), sleep stages, activity, vitals, and gives weekly personalized tips. And the battery? Magical—it lasts a full week without charging. Overall, this ring has exceeded my expectations, and I’m excited to see how it continues to improve as it collects more data!!

I’ve used this everyday for 2 months, here are my thoughts. I did purchase it during prime day so I did get it on sale. The ring itself is nice, lightweight, and good quality. The fit is seamless and most of the time I forget it’s on my finger. I have had no issues with it when washing my hands, but I do take it off when showering. Besides that, I wear it all day and wear it to the gym and when sleeping and have had no issues. It has a 10 day battery life and charges pretty fast to %100. The app is pretty user friendly and easy to use. I will say the reason for 4/5 is because I feel like compared to other smart rings apps/capabilities I was hoping for more. I don’t like that for stress levels it’s in 30 minute intervals (I’ll attach a screenshot) I wish I could see more in depth of per minute or even every 5 minutes, rather than 30 mins. I also feel for the sleep portion, I’ve gotten in the 85+ range everyday and even when I wake up feeling exhausted or having woke up multiple times, I still feel that the rating is high and not accurate. Also it doesn’t give recommendations on better sleep like the competitor smart rings. I would say this is a beginner friendly smart ring and for the price I would say it’s justified due to it been pretty durable and having zero issues thus far.

Honesty hour: this is the first smart tech product I have purchased. With that being said, I was uninterested in a product that would waste my money, not do as it says, and ultimately be a purchase that sits in my jewelry box garnering regret. I am here to say: this ring is not that. I was lovingly influenced by a coworker to delve into this world, specifically the Ring Conn Gen 2 Air, when I was shopping for an Oura Ring or watch. I came to find out that this product is an incredible value for its price. I highlight recommend trying it out for yourself with the sizing kit and seeing how you like the fit (the sensors are a learning curve) and the placement (pointer or middle finger of your non-dominant hand) It was super easy to connect to the app, with no secondary purchases required. In the two weeks I have had this product, the insights it has offered me have been helpful, and accurate. I can’t speak to the comparison of this data with other smart tech, but the fitness features, the stress insights, the sleep tracking and more have proved very helpful. My only feedback, and I’m sure it will come in new updates, is certain features in the period tracking feel missing. For my friends trying to plan pregnancy, I would do some more research into how this could help and what features may be in incoming. Also, for what it’s worth, the ring is stunning and without me talking about it to friends, I’m not sure they would notice it was smart tech and would just assume it was a ring!
