I decided to try this as long side my apple watch to compare and contrast and it has worked exceptionally with tracking my calories, blood pressure and sleep scores. The reading is quite accurate and it’s comfortable on the finger to wear. As it relates to the battery life, i only charge it like every 4 days so for a small device the battery last a pretty decent amount of time.
