My main reason for purchasing it was to track my sleep because I always wake up tired and just feel tired throughout the day so I wanted to make sure I'm getting a good night's sleep. It tracks your light sleeping, deep sleeping and REM for the entire night, which I appreciated. I really wanted to love this ring HOWEVER, I just noticed that it turned my finger orange around the outline of this ring. Other than that issue, I love the functionality of the ring and all the measurements it takes and the longevity of the battery life. Unfortunately, I will have to return this ring.

HR and BP are way way off (displays much lower than actual, so don't rely on them), but the step counts are more accurate than the one I wear on my wrist. App needs work (i.e., one you start exercising under "sport," you cannot check the homepage without ending the exercise, etc.). Battery life seems pretty good.

I bought this Smart Ring and it really surprised me. The design is elegant, lightweight, and very comfortable to wear all day. The sensors work well for tracking steps, heart rate, and sleep quality. It connects quickly to the phone via Bluetooth, and the app is easy to use. What I like the most is that it looks like a regular ring, so it’s very discreet.
