Very smooth and velvety. Went on very smooth and silky. I did break out pretty bad after using but I wanted to make this make up work. I continued to wear it although it caused my face to be red. I covered it up with this make up. I continued to break out but I loved the makeup so much I just ignored the breakouts and redness. the texture of this foundation is something im not used to. it’s SUPER thick, like way thicker than toothpaste. maybe that doesnt bother others, but i’m used to quite liquidy foundations. i found this somewhat hard to blend because of that. it also got stuck and hardened on my brush just bc of how thick it is. however, i mixed it on my hand with some moisturizer and it was fine to use after that. coverage and appearance wise, this was actually lovely. i dont think it even looked like i had makeup on, just like i had perfect airbrushed skin. it was full coverage without being too cakey or anything, it looks really nice!! i can’t speak for longevity as i literally just tested this out, but i’ll update on that soon. also, i think this is the first foundation ive ever used that smells like absolutely nothing. the distinct smell of foundation has never bothered me, but not having it is nice. unfortunately the shade i bought isn’t the greatest match for me and i was issued a refund without a return (one of the only times i’d complain about that), so i’ll probably mix this in a jar with more moisturizer to make it less opaque so i can use it :) UPDATE DO NOTTT MIX THIS WITH MOISTURIZER IN ANY WAY PLEASE😭 this foundation is silicone based while most moisturizers (and liquid primers) are water based, and the 2 do NOTTT go well together.. it’s like oil and water but.. chunky.. eugh pls don’t make my mistake. my skin is too dry for makeup if i dont use a moisturizer right before so unfortunately i can’t use this foundation :( ... show more
