This foundation is good for Fall, Winter, or early Spring. It isn't good for hot weather, humidity, or if you sweat a lot. In hot weather it melts or if you sweat a lot like I do it will slide all over the place which isn't a good look. However it is a true matte foundation great if you have oily skin. It is extreme full cover meaning it covers up acne marks, blemishes and scars. This foundation can be used as a concealer as well because it has a thick creamy consistency and will cover marks. Now if you have an open sore or acne bump it'll cover it but it'll move or slide off of the open sore so in that case I recommend cleaning the sore or acne bump with 99% alcohol let it completely dry than place an invisible waterproof spot or mini Band-aid over the spot then cover with this foundation. Then the bump will be camouflaged depending where the bump is. When using this foundation use a small amount it goes a long way. If you apply too much the foundation will look horrible. This foundation applies better with a stippling brush that's slightly damped. Please do not soak the brush barely wet it. If the brush is too wet this foundation will not apply well. You can use a beauty blender but it has to be dry or almost dry to apply correctly. To set this foundation use a really sheer translucent powder for setting foundation. I personally would use a sheer white translucent powder that has no flash back. Don't use full coverage powder foundation or it'll look cakey like too much foundation was applied. To make this foundation more long lasting use Ben Nye final seal setting spray, or Urban Decay. These setting sprays make most foundations even drugstore long lasting, transfer resistant, and waterproof. So these setting sprays are a must especially in hot weather. ... show more

I totally love this , I use it to cover up under eye dark circles and it works super great. I have used tons of different products but none have ever really actually completely covered the dark under my eyes but this really does and it goes on smoothly without creases or lines. I ordered a perfect match to my skin tone and I put just a tiny bit on my finger tip and gently apply it under my eyes and NO more dark under eyes for me, the best part is that it last all day or until you wash it off. It doesn't take much so the tube will last a long time so the cost is very reasonable. This will work on any discoloration on your skin or even out your skin tone and there is no scent either. I am very sensitive to products and this didn't irritate my under eyes at all. This is a winner in my book and when I run out I will re-order more. It's awesome. ... show more

I am about as pale as you can get, and let me just say, I have tried many foundations and always struggled finding one that matched my pale skin. But this foundation is the closest I have ever gotten to matching my skin and neck! For that reason alone, I am definitely going to buy again. 🙂 The only negative thing I will say is that due to it being a matte foundation, it doesn't look very smooth and kinda looks dry and cakey on the face, especially up close. The best solution I've found to help that is to make sure I've exfoliated and moisturized before applying. But maybe I'm just not used to matte foundation as much, as I just realized I have an oil prone face. 🤷♀️ Also, it didn't cover all my blemishes, but it covered enough. Just be careful around the eye area, kinda hard to apply it smoothly there and the matte could cause fine wrinkles to look worse. But all in all, I am loving the shade and will definitely order again! And you can't beat that price! ... show more

What I love about Rimmel London Full Coverage Matt Foundation. This foundation has the capability to cover my Vitiligo 100 % on my face which is 89% white. I'm talking full coverage and I use moisturerizer underneath to keep my skin balance due to Vitiligo; and it last all day!!! However, Rimmel Stay Matt Foundation already comes with moisturizing, sheerness and longevity; it is substantially one of the best on the market; plus it's water proof.. I mean, you have to use makeup removal to take it off. I was skeptical to share this Product because it works for all ages and skin types; plus the price is unbelievable..and I didn't want people buying all the foundation up at once due to the price. Very reasonable..cheap.. So I'm glad the company limits order to 3. Anyway, this is an excellent product; and I'm looking forward for Rimmel to create other Cream to Powder Matt Foundation in tubes also which is easy to carry around. This is actually pretty good, very moisturizing to the skin. And it works perfectly when you need it. I purchased this for my mother and also for my wife they are loving it and I recommend it for anyone that is a woman that would love this it has like this small little fragrance that comes off of it. So if you don’t like things that have like a fragrance don’t buy this, if you do not like things that are more thicker like between lotion in moisturizer Shea cream then I wouldn’t get this for yourself. Overall this is a good buy in a good value of your money.
