This stain is awesome! You only need very little. I smooth it evenly on my lips with my finger quickly before it dries. It dries in less then a min. It’s not at all sticky. I wouldn’t know I had anything on my lips, but it just gives color to my pale lips and complexion. I don’t use the top coat bc it some how makes the stain make your lips look dry. This is by far my most favorite lip anything. This color cannot be beat! It lasts forever- I vape and drink water all day. I’ve never had to reapply in the same day. I have super sensitive lips that’s allergic to all types of lipstick, so I can never wear regular lipstick or most lip balms with plant waxes. I also am genetically blessed with tinted lips and people always mistaken it for natural looking lipstick, so to have more of a visible color I bought both Kiss Me You Fool (bright red) and Play With Fire (dark red). As a test to see if I’m allergic to it, upon first application on dry lips after a good lip scrub the Kiss Me You Fool color stayed on my lips well but it did get onto my teeth as I’m trying to get into the inner lips that’s visible when I smile, which can be easily cleaned up with a cotton swab. I keep my mouth open for about a minute as the instruction reads, then apply the gloss over to seal in the color. After 30 minutes, a little bit of color and gloss transfers to my hand when I’m testing if it’s transfer-proof. However, the color is still intact on my lips! No signs of it wearing away from the kiss on my hand. I realized that the gloss needs to cover every millimeter of the color in order for it to have the least bit of transfer which was evident the second time I used it with Play With Fire.
