I loved the comfort, look and price. However, the chairs came without any hardware or instruction. I called the company and they responded quickly. The hardware is getting shipped but will not be here for at least a week or two. I had to go to Lowe's and spend 22.00 for hardware. These chairs are beautiful and comfortable! The glider-rocker mechanism works very well and the motion is soothing. A couple of directions would have caused an inexperienced person some difficulty but it caused my husband no trouble. Hired a handyman to assemble. Cheaper than pre assembly. Chairs are comfortable. Not as much rocking as expected but nice movement no the less. Nice looking.     • horrific assembly - do not purchase unless comes pre-assembled
the chairs look nice but the assemble is ridiculous - it's not clear, takes hours and really shows that these chairs are poorly manufactured. imagine your worst ikea experience +++ and more money spent on these than the average ikea item.

Installation is moderately difficult. The only negative I have is the appearance of the wicker seems flat and plasticine. However, they are very comfortable, even though I’d rather have original rockers versus sliders. Yes I would buy them again.

The steel hardware hinges etc, that rusted our within 3 years. everything should be powder coated including all the hardware.
