mounted right up and placed the light where it needed to be. i did have to put a little rubber between the top of the bracket and the frame of the truck cause it squeaked a little when driving but other than that it was perfect and high quality.

If you don't add washers before screwingnthis on the nut, it will rub on the radiator mount and will squeak. In other words it's designed in not perfect.
