- Ridetech 12297250 Traction Bar Kit fits Ford F150 2WD/4WD (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025). These trucks must be equipped with the Ridetech lowering kit for this to work in the rear of the truck.
- Engineered to Eliminate Wheel Hop: Reduces axle wrap and tire chatterconditions that cause the rear wheels to bounce or lose traction under hard acceleration. This means smoother launches, better grip, and more control whether you're towing, racing, or just hammering the throttle.
- Enhanced Traction & Control: Prevents rear axle wrap and wheel hop that can occur during hard launches, sudden acceleration, or towing heavy loads. By stabilizing axle movement under load, it keeps the tires planted for better grip, straighter launches, and improved control when putting power to the ground.
- Designed for Ridetech Lowering Systems: Integrates seamlessly with the complete Ridetech rear lowering system.
- Built for the Long Haul: Maintains ride comfort and stability, even with high-power applications and aggressive driving.
Description
The Ridetech Traction Bar Kit is engineered specifically for trucks equipped with a Ridetech lowering kit, providing an essential upgrade for anyone seeking to unlock the full potential of their truck. Designed to combat the notorious wheel hop and tire chatter that can plague powerful trucks, this traction bar system ensures your pickup stays firmly planted and responsive. Built with premium materials and precision engineering, this kit reinforces your rear suspension, directly addressing the challenges that come with modern high-horsepower trucks by stabilizing your rear axle during aggressive launches and hard cornering. By preventing unwanted axle wrap and wheel hop, it delivers a smoother transfer of power to the pavement. The result? Confident acceleration without the hesitation or chatter that can compromise performance. With this traction bar kit installed, your truck transforms into a more capable and composed machine. Acceleration becomes sharp and consistent, handling becomes more precise, and every drive feels more confident and exhilarating. Whether you’re launching from a standstill or powering out of a corner, your truck’s newfound stability and control will make every mile more enjoyable. Plus, because this system is built to work hand-in-hand with the complete Ridetech Lowering System, your ride quality remains smooth and comfortable for daily driving, long hauls, and everything in between.
