    • decent trucker hat but bad packaging

i like the hat just fine - it's not the fanciest trucker hat i've seen but it's decent quality and functional. fits my head and is adjustable to one much bigger than mine. however, the way it was packaged from the seller, with just a flimsy piece of chipboard in the front panel and thrown in a plastic bag, meant that the front panel (the white part) has a big dent in it that has not gone away with use. i guess i'll try washing it and seeing if that helps but trucker hats are supposed to have that tall profile and the dent is right in the middle at the top of the panel where it should come to a point, so it is very prominent. could have been easily avoided with a thicker piece of cardboard or some foam inserts to help the hat keep its shape. if washing it doesn't fix it, it will be totally useless cuz it looks awful. ... show more
