Update: Although there were some issues with the embroidery, this vendor did try to make it right by offering to redo the hats or allow for a return. I thank them for the way they handled the situation. Overall it is a very low stitch count that is clearly low quality throughout. It is also inconsistent from one hat to the next. Some are straight but some are crooked. Some have clear splotches of missing stitching. The Richardson 112 hats are great. But we just waisted 12 of them with this experiment of Amazon direct embroidery.
