Great car! It is even better than the omni-terminator (OT). I think this is one of the best deals for RCs you can get on Amazon. This is the third car I have purchased from Rlaarlo and I have always been very happy with their craftsmanship and warranty services. Driving: the car drives like a dream. Very stable and handles great. I ran the car with stock tires and also with larger tires. The stock gearing is very similar to OT but with smaller stock tires compared to OT. I find the car faster and still with good acceleration if you either up gear or switch to bigger tires. I put my OT tires on this and it has been running great. Chassis: The chassis is made from aviation aluminum and very durable. I don’t exactly drive this car like it is a monster truck but the bottom does hit the ground every once in a while. You don’t want your suspension to bottom out before your chassis does and this chassis is very durable and can take a beating. The chassis is reinforced with carbon fiber as a superstructure. I personally think carbon fiber on a buggy will improve the car’s performance more than a truck or truggy. However, if you are low on cash, there is nothing wrong with getting the alloy version here. Also, one tip is you want to heat up the screws before turning them. There is Loctite on all the screws and the small hex can strip if you don’t heat up the Loctite before turning. They can be hard to get out if they are stripped so definitely use soldering iron to heat them up first. Motor & ESC: great with fans. No over heating issues. The 60A ESC is nice and for a 3s setup the 60s is more than enough. The servo also appears to be upgraded from previous cars and is very strong. I checked the mesh of my pinion and factory mesh was good. If you change to a speed pinion, please make sure you check your mesh. Radio: I know there is a lot of people out there who like to use one radio for all of their RC cars. I personally like having different radios for my cars. The stock radio is very good quality. Previously Rlaarlo had used some Dumbo radios for some of their cars and the this one here is of similar quality. When you hold the radio in your hand, you can tell it is good quality. Battery: decent stock battery. You have the option to upgrade to a larger one from the official store. I have a few extra 3s shorties and those are great in this car too. I add an extra strap to the battery bay and put Velcro on both the battery and chassis to secure it further. I recommend sitting the 3s shortie up and put Velcro on the carbon fiber part of the chassis to secure it to the Velcro you put on your battery. After sale: I had great experience with Rlaarlo. I stripped my OT’s pinion gear not long after I bought it. It was completely my fault since I just started learning to jump back then and quite a few times the car landed on the ground with me pressing full throttle. Rlaarlo sent me a new pinion gear and grab screw for free with no questions asked. They definitely have much better after sale services than Arrma or Traxxus. Would I buy this car again? Yes. Would I recommend this car to a friend? Also yes. Very happy with the product.

This buggy is awesome!!! It's survived everything I've thrown at it. Fast and durable. I enjoyed it so much I bought the non carbon version and the Omni Terminator by the same company. Great rc cars for bashing.

Bought this for my kid. He loves it. Says it’s, “sooo much fun!”🤩 It’s not a very fast car, but it’s good enough. It does have nice handling. Cannot speak to durability just yet; time will tell. I’ll update this review later. Feels like it’s good value so far. NOTE: Per Rlaarlo, the Amazon edition of this car does not include the rechargeable remote battery that non-Amazon versions do.

gotta say. quite impressed. opened box, charged battery, installed wing and changed front bumper (included), installed 4 aa batteries in the controller (only thing not included) and commenced to bashing. have to say it held up very well. i didn't send it 20 feet in the air. but jumped it off of and onto concrete and asphalt. pretty fast car. i believe 40 mph to be realistic. several times i hit things i thought would break the car (far above what any of my tamiyas would have taken) and it was fine. not a ton of carbon fiber, but it is well placed to give strength. the manual has a complete parts breakdown, and i assume the parts are available on their website, though they are based in china and most likely not having parts stateside, it would take a while to get parts, but for the money? you'd be hard pressed to find a car that is this well built, takes this amount of abuse, is truly ready to run ( except 4 aa batteries) for this kind of money. well done. i did wait a while for the storm breaker carbon fiber to show up on amazon ( availability seems to come and go) as much of the car is upgraded from the aluminum version, including different motors and driveline, but i think it was worth the weight. if you are in the u.s., i would buy from amazon rather than from rlaarlo direct as i had this car in 2 days, and am closing on a month waiting for my omni terminator carbon fiber to arrive from rlaarlo direct.

The media could not be loaded. Man!! What can I say?? Absolutely worth the cash they are asking!! Easily upgradable to fit your style and even handles 4s like a maniac after upgraded!! Great price for this product!! Way to go rlaarlo!!! I found it to be extremely durable as you can see below and extremely fun !!! Your going to get about 20 mins on the included battery so thats pretty decent battery life and it's pretty spunky speed wise but you can always throw in a higher tooth pinion gear!!

Amazing Rc!! I really love it. Took it to the tracks and this thing RIP’S It can take a beating Bashing the skate park. Best Rc I’ve ever bought. And for the price it’s amazing what they give you! It didn’t receive the blue battery for the controller sadly! I hope someone see’s this and sends it!! But, that is the least of my worries! Bought my first RC 1:18 truck and immediately ordered this RC. What a blast. Really well built. All the pics are from after running through tall grass, gravel, rocks, puddles, flips, tumbles (major through the air uh-oh I need to fix it type tumbles) and it does even faze it. Not one bit.. Fast, Easy to control, very tough, and looks really cool.(I'm over 60 yrs old. ) Cleans up real nice and I installed the included front bumper for added protection. Battery goes approx. 12 minutes full throttle back and forth through tall grass. Lasts18- 20 minutes on gravel drive. Battery seems to do better using a smart charger that I got on Amazon ($25). Bought a stand with magnetic tray that helps as well on Amazon ($20) . Very happy.
