In order to use the template frame you must remove both controllers. My first attempt was almost perfect except for a trapped tiny hair that formed a big bubble. The adhesion was so good I couldn't peel or lift the protector off even with 2 suction cups on one corner of the glass. I used a thin guitar pick to slip under the glass to break the seal. Unfortunately somehow that deformed it. How can they call this "glass" if it can be so easily bent as if its plastic which it probably is. 2nd attempt I made sure everything was as spotless as possible. Again, the frame made it super easy to line up. The result was nearly perfect except for 2 microscopic dust bubbles. They're almost undetectable to the naked eye unless you inspect it under bright lights. I also noticed a few cloudy air pockets that I just couldn't squeeze out no matter how hard I tried. I could move them across the screen but they would disperse a little and reform. I decided they were also undetectable once the device is on and did not detract from the quality of the onscreen images. A pleasant surprise came after a long session on the device the cloudy air pockets completely disappeared. The heat from the screen must have somehow expelled the remaining air. The screen is now completely clear without any signs of bubbles except for the 2 microscopic specks. I recommend using one or more suction cups on the top surface of the glass to use as handles for maneuvering the installation. Keep the adhesive side facing down while peeling off the protective sticker for the entire time to avoid dust. Carefully line up one edge of the glass against the template frame and very slowly place over the screen. If you see any dust under the protector immediately pull off and use their dust removing sticker. Don't allow the screen to completely adhere if you're not sure its fully clear otherwise it will be difficult to peel off. If you like the result and its relatively free of any big dust bubbles then fire up the legion to get it nice and hot. Any non dust air pockets should remove themselves. Like me, your first try will probably be a failed test run and you'll end up tossing the first glass. Be glad you have 2 more in the kit. ... show more

I first tried a different one with better reviews and couldn't get the bubbles out no matter what, even after using two different screen protectors. Then I bought this one and it went on perfectly on the first try. Looks to be good quality and easy installation with the included guide. It is glossy and doesn't dilute the beautiful display on the Legion Go at all. It also didn't affect the screen touch sensitivity. All around good buy ... show more

Good snug fit. I messed up the first application due to user error. I was able to lift up the protector and reapply to get rid of the bubbles easily but it kinda scuffed up the edges where i pulled it off of the screen. Still has a single spec of dust in there but they give you 2 to try again. Overall, a pretty forgiving application process and accurate screen fit. It could use a squeegee tho. ... show more
