The media could not be loaded. This unit is very nice for the series x. The seller sent an email, they provide 2 years coverage and explained how the unit works. My only complaint would be that it does not charge Series Elite 2 Controller because it is to fat. There are extra USB ports in the back for extra connections which make it nice as well. The fans are pretty quite. I run the second speed with no issues. The lights are awesome in color. Love how you can turn them off. The charging lights do stay on all the time, so if you have yours in your bedroom might want to cover them up if your sensitive to light. The holders for the controller, and headsets are awesome for organizing. They hold the controllers well and you can place them anywhere. I would highly recommend this product for the price.

It disappeared from Amazon the day after I bought it. I guess there is a newer version. I'm not so crazy about the LED light show, but the fans work good The instructions were terrible and the power buttons very hard to find. I just painted them with some whiteout. The controller holder were a bit of a mystery, until I figure out that just snapped on to the top of the Xbox. Cool, quiet and a good accessory. I like the controller re-charging option, too.

Fans don’t work, idk if they came broken or it’s just the way it is. Disappointing to say the least. I only got it for the cooling effect. UPDATE: so let me first say this company has some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. They replaced my original order and even threw in the extra fan. So now it’s working great like I was hoping for the first time I purchased it. My product must of been damaged the first time. I recommend this product! Works great and keeps my console cool.

Warning false advertisement will not make your system run cooler … false advertisement I have a thermometer already attached to the top of my x x box x and you would think having the 4 tiny fans pushing air through the bottom of the system would make any difference nope no research has gone into making sure this works guaranteed because it’s actually makes ur system run hotter the 4 tiny fans are not as they claim EFFICIENT it suffocates the natural cooling system already designed into your xbox x simply wrong misleading and don’t buy if you would like to maintain your system … long term use would most likely cause more issues in the future for serious gamers. The fans need to actually be upgraded because not a single degree of temperature change was noticed….not cooling any ways because it causes the temperature to rise ! Scam in my opinion
