This product is exactly what I have ever wanted out of a retro gaming system. I am a long time user of emulators. I remember discovering emulators somewhere around 2012ish. Whenever I would download an emulator there are games that are you know I would download every single time. Chrono Cross (ps1), Metal gear, solid (ps1), and Pokémon yellow (gbc). As time went on, I added more and more games to the roster of must download. I would need a different emulators to emulate different systems. But the retro art software on this system takes care of everything for PS1 and below. I love the size and shape, the way it fits in my hands like the classic game boy color. The illuminated screen is adjustable, whereas older, handheld systems. We’re not like that. I remember as a kid I had this thing called a worm light that plugs into the game boy, and acted as an external light source, as if I was reading a book. The nostalgia that is fulfilled by having this system is injected at 100% with the ease of use and wide capability of the system. I’m already thinking of getting a second one for the family. And I am definitely going to be recommending this system to any friends that are looking for their 90s kid childhood gaming journey to be laid before them in the palm of your hands. • Great battery life, usb rechargeable • Handles PS1 and below, you will see a folder in the card that comes with it for PS2, but that’s because the retro arc software is also a free software available on steam. This handheld system is not able to handle PS2, or at the very least the 10 or so here’s two files I experimented with, which is not a negative part of the review, because they don’t advertise that they can, they advertise PS1, and below, and deliver as promised. • The system is loaded with a bunch of games ahead of time out of the package. And getting new vans onto it is a very simple process. Do you find the ROM or iso and download it onto the car he provided, let’s stick it back in the system. • I know there’s more like a Ascot I can’t think of it at the time, I’m just blown away by the product and I haven’t had my morning coffee yet.

The unit is a little pricier than others on the market and I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing. I’m glad I did and hope you will be too! The materials feel very high quality. The case has a nice, smooth, and sturdy feel. The buttons are very smooth and responsive. The screen is bright and the sound quality is pretty darned good. On other systems that I’ve tried, there were a lot of games that just weren’t very enjoyable due to stuttering (Chrono trigger and final fantasy 3 are both good examples), but this device handles them without any issue at all. Smooth game play, animation, and perfect sound emulation. I was surprised by how smoothly PS1 games played as well. The UI seems like it will take a little getting used to. Don’t know that I needed the dual OS system and touch screen, but… nonetheless. Oh! And it came with a glass screen protector…bonus!!! Lots of games for all sorts of systems. Overall very solid unit so far!

This little handheld is one of my all time favorites! This handheld packs a lot of power for what it is. This handheld can play from Atari to Playstation 1 with ease. Very few games struggle. It is pocketable, and has a solid build. I buy most of my handhelds through Amazon, because if you purchase one from overseas it will take over a month to send it back and get a new one. That is not worth paying 30 dollars less for the system, in my opinion.

My husband is a child of the 80s and he is absolutely obsessed with this game Boy - he is loving it. The graphics are obviously not of today’s quality but being that this is what he grew up with and he played with when he was younger he is absolutely loving this product. He even said the price was perfect therefore enjoy and happy shopping. :)

Great retro console has game that I never see before (openbor), over 3000+ game (64gb) only few games duplicate because their region. Great performance that you can play all the 8-bits, 16-bits, up to most psp, psx and dreamcast games.
