This is a very bright coral reddish/pink on me. I am fair/porcelain skinned with neutral undertones and mauvey pink natural lips. (All those factors affect how shades show up on people) I have a hard time gauging how a color will look against my skin tones as they usually use someone with cool or warm skin tones when they show it on lighter skin. Itās a neon coral on me. I love it! š itās smooth but not slippery so it is longer lasting. It has a beautiful shimmer- not glittery or metallic. Itās not pasty or dry, but itās not wet either. It slightly stains so hours later itās on still even if drinking and hitting my ecig has seemed to make it rub off- color is still there.

Firstly, I want to say I experienced no issues with shipping. Lipstick was intact, sealed and unopened. Bought directly from Amazon. Iāve never been a big lipstick person and I ordered this on a whim due to a suggestion by Chat.gpt. Yup, you read that right. Iāve been searching for ages to find a lipstick shade that would match the shade of my lips in the morning / summertime. I find that as the day goes on my lips get washed out to a very mauve pink color that Iām not the biggest fan of. Iām not sure if it is the lack of sun hitting my lips on a daily basis in the colder months that causes this but my lips have a rosy shade to them in the summer that I strive for year round. Sometimes when I wake up in the morning I have that tint to them naturally in certain lighting (pictured above in the ācolor i wantedā pic). I was stuck between Rosewine and Rose Velvet. I was recommended both. After comparing the two, Rose Velvet seemed to be more pinkish rather than having the slightest coral red tint that I was going for so I went with Rosewine which seemed more coral/faintly red. If youāre not a fan of corals, this is not the shade for you. In some lighting it looks very coral pink. However, I donāt mind it as I prefer my lip shades more coral rather than mauve greyish looking. To prevent too much coral from appearing, I only apply a bit of the lipstick using my fingers. Just the slightest bit on my finger onto my lips and Iām pretty satisfied with the end results as pictured above in different lightings. Iā even layered my favorite lip gloss over it which happens to be a black cherry type shade and it still looks great (not pictured). Perhaps there is another brand/shade out there that would match what Iām going for better but I will actually use this lipstick and like the appearance of it on myself. It is the closest Iāve tried thus far that looks the shade Iām going for. Iāve had issues with lipsticks in the past being too cool or warm toned but I can get away with wearing this and for the price, I have no complaints. It feels smooth, it is decently priced and does not dry out my lips.

I love how the formula of this lipstick bonds with your lips instead of sitting on top of your lips. I love the selection of colors that Revlon has in this lipstick! They have everything from subtle to bold. This is my favorite lipstick and you can't beat the price!

Poor Revlon, good thing they are already a household name, because who's going to want to buy these based on a photo of grey-haired me. Oh well. When I opened the package, I thought, "Oh no! They were actually travel size! I got ripped off!" But actually, although the box looks really small, the lipsticks are full size. I wish they put the colours together differently, although, well, two out of three aren't bad. I really wanted the Black Cherry, which I used to wear years ago. That is what I am modeling above, since I feel most comfortable with it. Revelon Super Lustrous lipsticks are a nice basic option. It's not Chanel, or even MAC, but it's decent quality and very comfortable on, wears quite well for a non-drying lipstick and is not highly scented. I don't know if you can tell from the picture, but I have light, olive skin. I do like the Black Cherry on me. I think it's a good colour for pale olive skin or darker shades. I expected to like On the Mauve better than Pink Promise, but the opposite was true. On the Mauve was quite pale and went on a bit chalky on me. I don't think I'm going to be able to wear it. My lips are on the purply side, so it's sort of a "my lips but paler" colour, which isn't great when your skin's not very dark. Pink Promise is a light, slightly bright pink. Sort of like a pale hot pink, but without any grey tones. My own lips show through a bit, but it just makes the pink a little bluer. I probably wouldn't have picked out the shade in a store, but I think I will wear it. It feels very cheerful. Writing back again: no, I won't wear the pink, it skews my complexion. But I will look for other shades that are more "me" individually. I just swatched them on the back of my hand. (Don't mind the veins and the horrible bathroom lighting) As you can see, they are a tiny bit sheer, although they are a true lipstick, not a gloss or other formula. Personally I like that. They are sheer enough that the colour of my lips sort of shows through, but the differences in shades in my lips do not, if that makes any sense. I forgot to include the swatch picture, will add it now. The picture of my hand is under neon light, so my skin looks blue and pale. Unless your skin is very pale or you look good with lipsticks paler than your face, I wouldn't go for the Revlon mauves, as tempting as they can look in the tube. Black Cherry, Spicy Cinnamon and Toast of New York are great colours, as are several Revlon reds. I'm dying to try Vampire Love (hee hee). I will write again if I do... I will definitely buy more Revlon lipsticks, but probably not in a multiple pack like this. I will pick individual shades that I know suit me. Just so you know, all the lipsticks were new and arrived (overseas!) in perfect condition.

As I've gotten older, I mostly use tinted lip balms as I find most lipsticks travel beyond my lip line unless I use lipliner. This lipstick formula is wonderful, creamy, soft, stays put, even without a lip liner! The color 610 Goldpearl Plum is beautiful, a soft mauve with a bit of a sheen, gives me a nice soft color boost for everyday wear. I haven't used a Revlon lipstick in years, but I may be ordering more colors now!
