I am happy with this product but I believe it is misnamed. To me the color seems like ordinary mid-pink with NO shade or hue of violet at all. I will try a product from a different company to get the shade I am looking for.

    • Pretty color, but loaded with glitter flecks!
I was not expecting this blush to be loaded with glitter! I was hoping for a cotton candy pink violet blush… and it is the perfect shade… but WAY to much sparkle & glitter for my cheeks. I reread the description to see if I missed it somewhere, but I don’t see anything about glitter. It does state that the Revlon blushes come in 3 finishes… matte, satin or shimmer. But this is more than a shimmer to me… there’s definitely fine white or iridescent glitter flecks in the blush. It would be beautiful on the eyes, but it’s too glittery for my cheeks. I really like most of the new Revlon blushes, but this one feel short for me. ... show more

    • Ok but Very Glittery
I bought this blush as a dupe for Dior. It's on ok color but it is very glittery. Very glittery. I'm in my 40s and this is more something you would pick up at Five Below or Claire's than something I would be interested in.

Very sparkly!! Not shimmer, but actual “sparkles,” on your skin. Too bad, the color is very pretty, it’s just ruined, for me, by the sparkles in it.
