It works well but for my MacBook Pro it needs to be a bit taller to lay completely flush on the desk. The USB-C connector is at a slight angle and am worried about long term damage to the port. I put a small folded piece of paper underneath it when in use and I’m looking for a piece of adhesive foam to solve the problem. ... show more

This device seems to specifically be for the purpose of charging AirPods 2(wireless charging case)/AirPods Pro from a MacBook or iPad Pro 11”/12.9” 2018 and 2020 models. It matches the space grey color on the bottom, but it would still look ok on the silver models. This is worth the $30 price and is built to last and will outlive the lifetime of your AirPods internal batteries. This little charging pad is Qi compliant, so it will charge any Qi compatible true wireless earbuds. It will NOT charge an Apple Watch, however Satechi does make another version of this specifically for Apple watches. If you have an extra $30 lying around and you need a way to wirelessly charge your AirPods from your Mac or iPad Pro, you won’t find a better option than this from another standalone device that is purpose built just for this specific use case. In my opinion though, a portable battery with a wireless charging pad on board, would make for a more versatile solution. ... show more
