    • WASTE OF MONEY - QUIT WITHIN A MONTH
Product worked for about 15 uses. Then one day just wouldn't turn on. New batteries, nothing. It didn't even last an entire month and I certainly didn't use it everyday. Waste of money. And not eligible for return. Thank Amazon.

This wand is NOT rechargeable via USB as it says in the description. You need 3 AAA batteries (not included) to use it. At first when I put brand new batteries in, it wasn’t turning on, but there is a trick, you have to hold down the power button for longer than you think and it will turn on.

    • It’s okay for a budget option
I bought this because there is a ton of science to back the use of red and blue LED light therapy for acne and other skin conditions. Most comparable products are much more expensive, so this is a good budget option. My biggest complaint is that this company refuses to share the specific wavelengths in their products. It seems like a no brainer to include that info in the specs, and without knowing the wavelengths it’s hard to know how effective it is. Ideally it would be around 415nm for blue light and 630 for red light. Hopefully this product is close to that, but who knows? Otherwise it feels well made and works as it should. I use rechargeable AAA batteries and they last a long time with regular use. ... show more

It really does work. I use it at the very first sign I'm about to have an issue, I will go through two cycles and maybe a third depending on the issue and the next day you can noticeable tell the breakout has come to a halt and is calming down

    • Not reachable batter operated
The minimum light exposure is three minutes mostly therapy devices need at least 10 minutes to work so it’s disappointing that this is battery operated as I found out. I wanted to return it but I could not. This is junk I highly don’t recommend this product.

    • Easy to use
Love this portable light, it made my acne disappear faster than usual. I sit in front of the tv and turn my light on and it only takes a few minutes and you are done and I especially love the color of my light.
