I ordered the gold and red and the colors are fantastic. The gold is a dark yellow, which I was hoping for, so it's not really gold. I was worried this cape might be too thin or not made well, but it's actually a great cape! The material is not thin and it's the perfect length. The neck has Velcro to keep it on, but I am thinking it might slip back and feel tight, so I may try to use a safety pin to attach it to my shirt to keep it from slipping back, which I suppose is unavoidable. I got this for my King Vegeta costume from Dragon Ball Z. It fit perfectly for that. I put pins and 3D printed pendants on where the velcro goes. It ended up working very well for my costume. Looks great, vibrant colors, reversible. Not expensive at all. Only downside is it comes with a ton of creases in it. I ironed them out very carefully, which caused some water stains, but it looks much better than the crinkly mess that it came in. ... show more

We were looking for a cape that wasn't floor length for a costume we were making (The Coon from South Park). This was perfect. My husband is 6'2 and it fell to his waist. The neck tie was a little tight, but I just sewed it to his shirt.

The neck is a little tight. It could use a little more material. I'm a 5'3" woman, so if you're a guy with a large neck, plan on either extending it, or safety pinning it to your shirt.

Worked perfectly for the costume I was putting together. The only thing I didn't like was that it has a collar type fastener. I felt choked. I just converted it by adding velcro to my costume top so it looked more like it was on my shoulders.
