First of all, my package arrived 3 days late. It was supposed to arrive on the 19th, did not show up until today, the 22nd. The package arrived in good order. Nothing damaged. I was excited about trying it, so I opened it immediately and followed the instructions to take a few slow, deep breaths lasting 2-3 seconds, and hold briefly before exhaling. I could immediately tell there was something wrong. There was no taste what-so-ever. NOR was there any scent. I tried again, following directions to the letter. Again, NOTHING was coming from the inhaler. I popped the top off and unscrewed the "barrel" of the pen, or inhaler. Like an ink pen it had an absorbant "tube inside that SHOULD have been soaked in oils. The tube was ABSOLUTELY dry. Not even damp. Completely dry. I would prefer to order a different brand. Make an exchange, or provide a credit to my account so I can go ahead and try this again with a different product. HOPEFULLY I will not have to wait 10+ more days to obtain a product that actually has the oils - mullein tyme and peppermint - that are supposed to help me breathe easier!!!

I’m a menthol smoker and this has been a lifesaver. It gives me that cool, minty hit without the actual smoke. I’ve cut way down on cigarettes since I got it – like down to a quarter of what I used to smoke, this really helps with the urge.

I’ve been using this for about a week now and I can honestly say it makes a difference. I have COPD and sometimes it’s hard to get a full breath, but this little stick really opens things up. The minty coolness is nice, not overpowering, and it doesn’t have that fake chemical taste. I just keep it in my pocket and take a few drags throughout the day.
