If you watch the listing video… You will see a little bit about how this watch works. It has a lot going on! Kids, of course, really like the games as well as the camera. Keeps kids occupied while in the car… At a restaurant… At the doctor’s office… And so on. Granted, it’s a watch, and not a tablet. You can find some tablets for just over twice the price of this watch. But the smaller size makes it much more convenient on the go in certain circumstances. This watch is made in China and being sold by Chinese company on Amazon.

The watch came charged, which was nice, but we couldn't get to the main menu no matter what we did. The instructions don't tell you to use the power button to get to the main menu and the product video doesn't explain that, either. My husband tapped the power button twice accidently and it brought up the main menu. After that it worked just by tapping it once, so I don't know if that was a glitch or not. The watch has so many functions. I was looking for a smartwatch for an older kid and this one fits the bill. There are games galore and the camera and music options would hopefully keep the interest of older kids (as this is for a soon-to-be 12 year old). The pedometer is an encouragement for kids to pay attention to their level of physical activity, which I think is an overwhelming positive! The display is very clear and colorful and the price is great for all that you get. Recommended for a wide range of ages, I'm getting a smart watch for all of the grandkids!

Great little smart watch for a kid even if it is just used to tell time … although it does much more. The display can be switched between digital and analog time which is a great way for kids to learn how to read and translate both modes. For example, the child can read the digital time, then draw the equivalent analog time on a white board, and then switch the display to analog to check the answer. The display is very clear with an amazingly high resolution and vivid colors. Flipping through the screens is easy and the touch screen sensitivity is good. It has a flashlight, pedometer, HD camera, recorder, and MP3 player. You can upload and download photos, audio, and video to and from the built-in SD card using the provided USB-C cable. Although the smart watch is designed for kids 3-14, my grandkids at the lower end of that range will probably not be able to benefit from all the features without significant help from Mom and/or Dad. It has a bunch of games ... some are easy, and some will take practice, but one can also set different levels of difficulty. The USB-C type connector makes it universal – if the cable is lost, you can probably use the same cable from another device or easily replace it at any computer store. The watch seems rugged, but I would try to be careful to keep it dry – definitely not for swimming. It does not require a smart phone or wi-fi and it does not have Bluetooth. The rechargeable Li-ion battery charges quickly (but it has never been fully discharged) and seems to hold a charge well – there is a display that shows when it is charging and when the charge is complete. I think this is a great value for the money. But remember, it’s a kid’s watch … don’t compare it to your $300 Apple watch or Fitbit. Kids feel grown up when they have what their parents have – this is the perfect watch for that. And you won’t have to take out a second mortgage.

My little sister got this watch for Christmas and was soo excited. It only lasted a day and then wouldn't turn on. Maybe we did something wrong or we just got a bad one. All I know is that it really upset her.
