The media could not be loaded. I LOVED everything about the board until I tried to install the fins and take them off. It hurt my hands and I had to ask a man to help me. Even him had a hard time doing it. I saw a few other reviews with similar issues. I'm going to contact the seller to see what they recommend. Definitely don't want to have to ask for help every time I use my board neither I want to carry a hammer with me. ... show more

I can't believe it's supposed to be worth 50 dollars on their website. The hose came unglued from the pump attachment the first time, so I glued it back on. Next time the board attachment side cracked and started leaking air whenever I attached it. Ended up renting a paddle board instead today, because I'm running out of ideas. Really disappointed. For the price, the pump should hold up much better. It's supposed to be used frequently and should be able to withstand a bit-- Especially since you can't substitute a different one and you're stuck with theirs. It would be such a nice product if I could just inflate it. ... show more

Using the hand pump takes considerable work (no joke), but it was not a deal breaker for this old lady. Retrospec Customer Service is quick to respond and is just overall awesome, if you need them.
