I ordered size L, but the helmet is flexible with the size because it not only said it’s M/L, but there are also pads (there are a total of five: four for front and back, and one for the middle section of the headgear) that came with it that can be placed in the helmet if it feels a bit loose. It took me some time to get used to adjusting to it, but if it weren’t for the manual, I would not have been able to tell if it truly fitted or not. ... show more

This is a sturdy bike helmet with an attractive retro look. The helmet feels solid—I feel safe wearing it. It’s heavier than the newer-style aerodynamic helmets I’ve worn—this is a plus for me, because I bike for commuting and errands, not racing. There is just enough venting to keep my head cool on a hot day. The straps are easily adjustable. My only issue is that the sizing is off. The Medium is rated for up to 59 cm. My head measures 57.5 cm, and I found this helmet to be just a little too tight, to the point of becoming uncomfortable during longer rides, or just putting it on and taking it off. I did not want to size up, as I knew a large would be too big. So I used a sharp pocketknife to gradually trim a thin layer of foam off in a few hot spots where it felt especially tight. After a couple of rounds of light trimming and riding, I have the perfect fit. ... show more

This is so great for my son. Nice neutral color but still really cool! Very functional, does not slide in his face, very durable and easy to use. Did not have to assemble the straps. Adjusts easily and fits him perfect.

It looks cooler in pictures. When it's on my head, I look like a bit of an idiot. It's super bulky. But I suppose it needs to be bulky in order to provide the necessary protection. But other helmets seems to be thinner. I wish they had sizes too because this is a bit too small, and when that's the case, it's not comfortable at all because there's no flex or give to the foam. I had one significant crash while wearing it and I smashed my face straight into the street – avoiding the helmet entirely – quite an accomplishment.
