Our ultralight Dakota helmet also comes with 2 sets of inner pads that vary in thickness for you to customize your fit and optimize your comfort. Ten rectangular vents facilitate thorough ventilation as you move.

Not remotely stylish, but it serves its purpose-at least I hope the time never comes when I test that. Very good cushioned fit. Really hard to rate a helmet for what it's made for unless you actually have an accident or conduct personal tests, but it does feel safe enough for bikes, scooters or any other " toy" that doesn't need speed. I bought it for my seated e-scooter that tops out at 15 mph. Measured my head and I'm in-between the medium size range so bought medium and it fits perfect. Got the black, but it doesn't stay as nice looking as probably the other colors do. Too bad it didn't have a clear gloss coating. Hope it's truly safe in case of an accident and I hope I never have to find out. 😵💫 ... show more

Fits great, light weight, even comes with different padding to switch out to fit your head the best. Only weird thing was the instructions were for a different helmet that comes with a light in the back but you don’t need instructions for a helmet.

I was -stupidly- thinking of not getting a helmet for my electric bicycle. My husband urged me to get one as it tops out at 20MPH. On my first test run I was trying top speed wearing this helmet and hit a garbage can going 18MPH. I went right over the handlebars and head first into concrete and now have a really roughed up hand, and broken elbow, but no injury to my head whatsoever! I like it a lot. It’s comfortable and I can adjust the straps a lot- including how much “ear” room. My only knock off point is that there’s a part of the padding in the helmet which is removable- it likes to fall out if you take the helmet off/set it down wrong. Otherwise, I love it!

I actually measured my head, and it was near the upper limit for the medium but I still got that. Instead I should've sized up, it fits a bit too snug. Like I can just jam my head in, I don't want to go through the process of returning and reordering, but will be passing off this helmet to my little sister after this summer. Got for riding the electric scooter thru the neighborhood. Feels comfortable and the slots do allow air to come in also for little air for the head. Added some decals to my helmet also.
