These were a gift for someone retiring. Product came damaged - one string to one of the tubes was cut. I contacted the seller and they said they would do whatever I wanted, just to let them know. They said they would send me a new string and I could fix it. I didn't see how I could fix it because the string went through a little hole and I didn't know how I would tie a knot at the end so I asked them to send a new set of chimes. Less than 1 week later I had a COMPLETELY new chimes set - even personalized as the original order! I though maybe I would have to attach the personalization part myself but NO, they personalized them. 4 stars because the piece came damaged - I would buy again.
