I love this desk. Its perfect if you want to game or have two monitors. the only this was assembling the red things that goes t the side. It pops inside and that was not stated in the instructions so just pop the things into the desk but don't put it on if you want that extra little space because its bumpy. Also the extra things on the side I do not know what it is for. As far as everything else the desk is real sturdy and good :) I like it for cheap beginner gaming desk ... show more

Great desk for work - sturdy, roomy, and stylish. It is a bit high to use with respawn rocker chair. Make sure to tighten the screws for the legs so that the desk is not wobbly!

I saw a lot of reviews for this desk that were mixed and despite the negative reviews, decided to give this a go. When I first received the package, I saw what a lot of others have seen, a dinged up box with a couple tears in it. I assumed the worst but as I opened the box, found out I was mostly wrong. All the parts seemed to be in great shape, although a few pieces were left loose to rattle around. So things were looking good until I pulled the top of the desk out. While the front and majority of the top was in great shape, the back rear corner was cracked and looks like there may have been an attempt to fix it (see pics), which leads me to assume the manufacturer was aware of the defect prior to shipping. I decided to continue assembling the unit and see if it was going to impact any of the functionality. After roughly an hour putting everything together, it was finished and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. The cracked part doesn't seem to affect the usability at all so I think I'm in good shape. The Good: Solid desk, feels quite stable, especially at this price point The shelf on the back adds a little more real estate to put all your things on/under A lot of the parts are metal and feel like they should last Despite other reviews, the pneumatic adjustment on mine is easy to raise/lower the desk. The Bad: In my case, a cracked area of the desk. Actual width of the desk is ~ 42" (whereas the measurement shows end to end from the metal parts. Would have been nice to have this clarified) Not a massive fan of the "gaming" accents, but this comes down to personal preference ... show more

Easy to assemble and sturdy but damaged front and center desktop. It’s a plastic coated particle board that was crushed. Not worth messing with a return for us, so not sure about customer support.

It's a good sturdy desk and performs as expected. Compared to similar adjustable desks in the space it's a good value. I find it very easy to use and transition from standing to sitting while working or gaming. It could use some improvements in my humble opinion. I was never a fan of the cup holder design. With just the bar at the bottom there is some room for error especially with smaller glasses\mugs in there. The hole in the metal behind the cup holder is a huge waste, I wish it came with a plastic bin that fit in it for storage or if the hold was square so you could just purchase a plastic bin to fit nicer in the space. The headset holder on the other side is also functional but could be better. It works but I have a T shaped holder that I use to hang my headsets that is much easier to use and more functional. Again the odd shaped hole in the metal to hang if it was a square or rectangle could have been more useful. The only other thing is a pro and con. There isn't any cable management built in with the desk. This is good and bad since you can decide how you want to run cables and power. I ended up mounting a power strip to the bottom of the desk to make some of the cable management easier in the transition from sitting to standing. In summary good desk for the price. would 100% buy again to fill this need for this price point. ... show more

    • Great desk on a budget

Not sure why the red version of this was so much cheaper than the other colors given the only difference is some plastic inserts. For the $180 I paid this is an outstanding value. At the $300 price point for the other colors it’s still a good desk but there are options. Assembly was pretty straightforward although you need to pay careful attention to the drawings to get the pieces in the right orientation. With my own tools it took less than an hour. The desk surface is nice and I love the slope at the edge. The accessory shelves on the sides aren’t high quality but they’re useful from time to time. The overall size is perfect for work and gaming. I do about 80% sitting and 20% standing work so the adjustability is nice. No issues with moving through heights. The only mildly annoying thing I found is both of my optical mice don’t like the desk surface. I picked up a desk sized pad which is nice to have anyway and that solved the issue. My only advice to the maker is it would make more sense to just include all the colors of plastic and just have one product. It’s just 6 pieces. And keep it under $250. ... show more
