I have several sets of workout bands, but no way to secure them. This set of wall anchors looked promising. They came with 3 brackets and 8 heavy screws and washers, but did not come with any instructions. I checked Amazon’s listing as well for clues on securely anchoring them. After using my stud finder to ensure I had a stud to hold them securely, I used the bracket as a template to mark the holes with a pencil. I drilled holes slightly smaller than the screws. Based on the photos, I put the bracket against the wall with a washer on the outside, then a screw. The screws are socket heads without screwdriver slots. As I don’t have any socket driver bits for my drill, and couldn’t find my socket set, I used an adjustable crescent wrench to manually screw them in. They worked in easily. An entire set will actually fit on a single bracket, but I have spread them out among all 3. I arranged them in a vertical line for high, shoulder height, and ankle level. Testing with the strongest band indicates a solid and secure mount. These are well worth the purchase. ... show more

Love these and how they work with exercise bands. Solid, and when installed correctly they ain't going anywhere. Should have bought them years ago.
