This is one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon. This product was listed as in very good condition, and upon arrival, it was scratched and scuffed terribly. Not only that, the system was locked with parental controls and could not do anything.

This was exactly what I needed. Works fine. My only complaint is that before I recvd it, all the previous information would have been cleared. I had a hard time figuring out how to erase old data, espically because I needed a code for parental controls. I had to have my daughter come over to help me figure this out. ... show more

Could have maybe just wiped off some dust before shipping? That's worth the $ right? Like gross gross. Not just a little dirty. Works but looking at it I would not have bought it.

I believe that this was good deal for the price we have empowered enough yet for Christmas but I believe this pretty good product it would be a lot better than praying for a brand new one so I'm pretty happythe place that refurbishes these items to get them at such an affordable price and look forward to buying again thank you so muchly yes I would recommend this place thank you. Also I had to unlock a whole bunch of features which I had to get a code which kind of suck 50 cent's I unlocked it and I'm still trying to figure this thing out having trouble reading discs ... show more
