I didn't expect this pencil to work as well as it did. In general, it does everything I need a pencil for the iPad to do. It doesn't do everything, like pressure sensitivity, but as a general use pencil, it's pretty good. It has the same feel as the gen 2 pencil. Getting it set up is a little odd. You can't have both this and the Apple pencils connected at the same time. They look like they're both connected, but you can't use both. To get this to work, connect to it in the Bluetooth menu, then take the Apple Pencil off the magnetic connector on the iPad. Then turn off Bluetooth. This pencil will still operate when BT is off, but you can turn it back on, too. When you do, it shows this pencil connected and the Apple Pencil is disconnected. Once you put the Apple Pencil back on the magnetic holder, it will reconnect and become the main pencil. This pencil will charge on the magnetic holder, which is really nice. You have to get used to it having an on/off button on the end, but it's not much of a big deal. In some ways, having this button is better, as you know when it's on or off, you can turn off to save battery when not in use, and it'll tell you when the battery is getting low (all via colors). Overall, I'd say this is a good replacement for the Apple Pencil, so long as you didn't need pressure sensitivity control. Would I buy it again or recommend this to friend: Yes.

It's no genuine Apple Pencil, but it sure is a good replacement for one. At a fraction of the price, the tradeoffs are definitely not too much of an issue. It still has probably 90% of the functionality of an actual Apple Pencil. It's got decent magnetic strength and can charge wirelessly. Basically the biggest downside of it is that you have to manually pair it via bluetooth. It has a button the "eraser" side of the pencil, to allow turning off and on. No double tap functionality. It also doesn't have as much weight to it, which you can decide if that's a good or bad thing. I also like the matte black finish, looks good.

This pen works great with my iPad Pro. It is important to follow the steps and then turn Bluetooth back on after the other set up steps. the instructions cut off and don’t tell you to turn that back on. Once it’s all done, it charges and works like an Apple Pencil with the exception you need to push the power button on the back end to turn it on to use each time. Otherwise works great.

The pen is quite good. It sems to hold a charge for a very long time. It charges wirelessly and has a good size which fits in the cases original housing. However I cannot say how well it compared to the original as I have never used the original but hey for like 10 times less the price it is definitely excellent.

This connected perfectly with my iPad Air, and it works so well. I love how easy it is to take notes and use different design apps, and the fact that it can charge on my iPad is so convenient. This is a great value and works just as well as the really expensive options.

Works well with iPad Pro 11" quick connect out of the box using the Apple pencil app settings. Does most of an apple pen such as wireless charging and palm rejection. The stylus is easy to draw with.

This pencil is a much cheaper alternative to the Apple pencil, and that I appreciate. It doesn't have pressure sensitivity, so it's lacking there, but to be fair, the user guide does say that it doesn't have this. I'm not an artist, so it doesn't matter to me. I'm just taking notes.

This Nelebuto pencil works with the 2nd Gen 11in iPad Pro. It connects through bluetooth & is capable of charging magnetically. While charging, the charge status can be seen in the battery widget. The pencil writes without skipping from all angles. The black is a nice color and won't show dirt as easily as the white Apple pencils. There is no brand name written on the side, just a label that says ‘Pencil'. This pencil is lighter than the Apple branded pencil. The included 2 extra nibs fit & work with the Apple branded pencil. The pencil does not work with the M4 13in iPad Pro, but it does not advertise that it should. Overall, if you have a compatible iPad, this Nelebuto pencil makes a great alternative to the Apple branded pencil.
