This has been a great addition to our Renzo’s Multi-Vitamin routine. The D3 vitamin taste is like a fruity chewable candy, I swear. Like the same consistency as a kids chewable Tylenol, if that makes sense. You won’t crack a tooth lol. It kind of just breaks apart on the first bite and dissolves the rest of the way. All of the Renzo’s vitamins we use have been this same consistency, so we are very happy with that. We have just really loved this brand and their ingredients. Our kids actually enjoy taking them and even remind us if we forget lol. They are getting what their growing bodies need and it’s never been a battle since we started Renzo’s. These vitamins have been such an amazing find for me as a mom.

We had a big issue with vitamin D before because my son is breastfed, he doesn’t take a bottle, and I don’t really track how much water he drinks. Most vitamin D supplements come in liquid drops that need to be mixed into a drink, and that just didn’t work for us since he never drank a consistent amount. We also tried drops that go directly into the mouth, but that wasn’t very convenient either. My son didn’t like the taste, and constantly washing and looking for the syringe was a hassle. Because of that, we even skipped vitamin D for a while. This vitamin D comes as melty tablets that dissolve in the baby’s mouth. Even though the label says 2 years and up, my son is 15 months old and he really loves them. He always asks for one. They dissolve instantly, which makes them easy and stress-free to give. Thanks to these, we don’t miss a single day of vitamin D anymore, and I’m so, so happy I found them. ... show more

Noticeable Difference
I can see a difference in my kids within the first couple of days. I do plan to have their vitamin d levels tested at their next check up just to see how much of a difference it's making but so far, so good. They love the taste, it doesn't smell overly "vitamin-y" and I don't have to fight with them to take this. I'm personally vitamin D deficient and I try to stay on top of it as much as I can and want to do so for my kids and this supplement makes it easy to do. Love that the ingredients are clean, vegan (although we're not vegan) since I prefer supplements without gelatin. Most vitamins target to kids are gummy and therefore we have to pass on those so I ws very happy this was a chewable and doesn't have any form of gelatin in it. ... show more

We are a vegan family living in the PNW so we need to make sure our Vitamin D is balanced. Our boys have been taking this supplement and they have been doing great.
