I don’t use it every day but having used it off and on for the past two weeks, I am seeing some improvement with my condition. It’s very easy to use and very relaxing. I have horrible allergies and get bad sinus pressure and headaches. This is great at helping me relax after a long day. The heat option feels great when I am having a sinus headache. I love the pressure changes as does the massage technique during the session. The only feature I don’t use is the vibration. It is a little too much stimulation for myself but can see how others might like it. I also love the Bluetooth option. I often listen to my audio books while these are on. Easy to take with you on trips as well to create your own spa experience while traveling.

I picked this up after seeing it all over my TikTok feed. I’ve had it for about a year now, so I thought I’d toss out my personal thoughts on it. First, the heating function does not disappoint; It gets nice and toasty—perfect for my dry eyes (my eye doctor had me using a beaded heat mask before, but this does the same job with bonus massage settings). The harder pressure mode is my favorite—feels like a gentle hug for my face. It does offer mild headache relief when I have both the harder pressure setting and heat setting on. However, the vibration mode? Not my thing. It’s definitely on the noisy side, so it’s not quite the zen spa moment I imagined, and I’m not in love with the feel of the inner fabric/plastic against my skin. The buttons can be a little finicky, too—sometimes it takes a few tries to land on my preferred settings, which can be mildly frustrating when all I want to do is relax. Battery life is decent, lasting a few uses before needing a charge. However, it only runs for about 15 minutes before automatically shutting off, so if you’re wanting a longer massage, you will have to turn it back on. The foldable design is great. I can easily store it in my nightstand without it taking up too much space. I love the pink color — it’s the one I bought. I also feel like the quality of the materials is great. I’ve not have any issues with its sturdiness. It’s super easy to clean, just simply wipe it down. Overall, this has been a nice addition to my self-care routine. I’d probably wouldn’t buy this model again, but I’m tempted to try the pricier Renpho model—or one with a remote—for a little more ease and maybe a little less button fumbling.
