I’ve been using Delacruz Rosemary Oil for quite a while now, and while there are some positives, there are also a few things I’m not thrilled about. Pros: • Lovely Scent: This is hands down one of the best-smelling rosemary oils on the market. It has a strong, natural fragrance that lingers and feels very refreshing. • Good for Price: For what you’re paying, it’s a solid product. It’s much cheaper than some other oils out there, so in that sense, it’s a good value. Cons: • Too Thick & Greasy: The oil is extremely thick and greasy. It feels a bit heavy, especially when applied to the scalp. After massaging it in, your hair and scalp will feel very weighed down, and it’s hard to get rid of that greasy feeling. • Not a True Essential Oil: The title says “Rosemary Oil for Hair and Skin,” but it’s misleading. This isn’t a true essential oil—it’s a blend with other oils, and it’s not concentrated enough to use in a diffuser or for aromatherapy. I would have preferred if they were clearer about this. • No Clear Instructions: There are no instructions or usage recommendations on the bottle, which is frustrating. It would have been helpful to know the right way to apply it and how long to leave it on. From my own experience, I found it works best if you leave it on for about 40-50 minutes before washing it out thoroughly. • Unclear Rosemary Content: The oil smells strongly of rosemary, but the bottle doesn’t specify how much actual rosemary is in the product. The lack of transparency about the ingredients is concerning, especially since the rosemary content is central to the product’s appeal. My Experience: I add a few drops of pure rosemary essential oil to this to make sure I’m getting the full benefits of rosemary. It’s an extra step, but I don’t feel fully confident about how much rosemary is actually in this oil. I would recommend using this oil as part of a hair routine but be cautious not to leave it on too long—50 minutes seems to be the sweet spot. Any longer, and it gets a bit much. Final Thoughts: While I still use it and think it’s a decent product for the price, I wouldn’t leave it on my hair or skin for extended periods of time.
