This is the worst phone I've ever had. The volume is difficult to hear on the highest setting. Music is staticey. Screen shots don't take the first time, must do multiple times. Battery has a short life. It's a change to try to use it! I am very unhappy with this product! I believe it must be defective with so many problems.
