Great product. Soft, easy to clean material, quiet and discrete, and effective at getting the job done. The item itself works alright IF you have an Apple phone or only use the remote. My fiance and I tried this out for foreplay and it worked amazing for that, though I don't know if we positioned it quite right. Unfortunately, the app I can only track down as an apk download, including by talking with product support. Installing an apk manually is a huge security risk, and support suggesting only this is a red flag. The directions they sent me actually give this option or to manually search "Heart Realm" on Google Play. I couldn't find that, so I asked if they had the Google Play link and they sent me the link to the apk download, which is, like I said, a red flag that they recommend that over using your phone's app store. Further, they attempted (and failed obviously) to gaslight me that it isn't a security risk, but they fail to be aware that the PHONE ITSELF WARNS AGAINST DOING THIS, and refusing to give me help to go through an app store clearly tells me they don't know the first thing about device security. DO NOT INSTALL AN APK FILE UNLESS YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU'RE DOING! Overall, beyond the first thing I asked, support sucked and overall should warn that they are recommending the apk download without any regard for keeping your device secure. EDIT: After attempting to use this with the remote, I cannot say anything good anymore. It worked fine for the first time we used it, lasting about 2 hours. The second time it seemed to die a little faster, but not horrible. It was enough to set up the mood. Maybe 90 minutes about? The last time it only lasted 45 minutes tops, then it wouldn't start working again. Tossed it in a trash and chalked it up to being scammed.

This little remote controlled toy has been fun! It is not very loud or strong, but is a great addition to any on the go or travel friendly toys you might have. It has a good amount of settings and is fun for solo play or with a partner. A nice added bonus is that it can connect to an app as well, although I’ve not had a chance to figure that out yet. The little magnet in front isn’t very strong, but I find I don’t really need it. Works great as a little massager too! I also love how soft the material is and the contoured shape is very comfortable too. If you’ve been wanting a fun way to “play” with your partner, this is a great way to get started.

Got this for my partner, was great fun (size, vibration levels, app, etc) but can’t seem to get it to charge :-( not an outlet or wire issue since the charger works on other things, but the vibe won’t light up to indicate it’s working.

Honestly really good product for the price. My only downsides are the magnet, and how loud the toy is, even on low settings. The battery life is surprisingly long, and the material feels nice and smooth.
