It's my fault - I misunderstood the listing. I thought this was the actual reMarkable tablet and I was SO excited to try one! In reality, this is just a folio case for the tablet. It's a very nice case, lovely real leather, nice and sturdy, but with the price point over $100 I can't say I'd personally purchase it on it's own.

The leather folio is in absolutely no way worth the price. It’s as thin as shoebox cardboard with I assume is the most expensive leather in the world to charge what they charge. Buy the throw away no name.

This case is really good. It feels premium and looks great. The leather is a nice touch. The case does seem expensive for what it is though. However, as this is the official case for the tablet, I should have expected a higher price. With that said, the case is very nice and the price overall isn’t surprising to me. It does function as intended and will make the tablet last until something other than dropping it breaks it.
