This professionally remanufactured 4L60E transmission is built for GM LS-powered trucks and SUVs including Chevrolet Silverado 1500 2500 Tahoe Suburban and GMC Sierra 1500 2500 Yukon Yukon XL 1999-2006 models (fits 4.8L 5.3L 5.7L and 6.0L engines). Also fits 1998-2002 Camaro and Firebird 5.7L (reuse original tailhousing). The 300mm LS-style bellhousing with top center bolt ensures perfect bolt-on installation. Every unit features extensive upgrades that resolve the most common 4L60E failure points: the upgraded Monster sunshell eliminates the factory weak link that causes stripped splines and loss of forward gears high- energy 3-4 clutches and 2-4 band prevent burnout under load and the trans go HD shift kit with recalibrated front pump delivers crisp firm shifts and improved durability. Additional upgrades include Corvette servo new USA frictions and seals throughout all new bushings low reverse and dual cage forward sprag new thrust washers and a chrome pan with drain plug. The complete assembly is dyno tested in-house to confirm proper operating pressures zero leaks and smooth shift quality before it leaves the shop.
