The frame, and ease of removing the back to insert a picture, would rate a 4-5 stars but, the 'HD acrylic/plexiglass instead of glass' reflects too much light and, from most perspectives in the room, I'm seeing glare rather than the picture. It may work better in a different spot, but light from the windows mean that it's not working where I had wanted to hang it. I have photos of mine in these frames, and they look elegant and nice in them. The quality is very good for the price. Glass is good quality and I have purchased about 6 total to date.

I had a slightly smaller than 12x16 puzzle to fit in the frame. The opening was too small and not as advertised. Great frame but I have to return it.
