everyone with serious headaches is idiosyncratic but this and other essentials(for me peppermint) oils gives me temporary relief when i have tension/migraine headaches. won't solve them long term but will "cool" off your headaches. works for me so worth a shot!

It has been number of times now that I used this. I can imagine it works for most cases but not for me. At least to my expectation. I would prefer the burning sense from these oils instead of the headache. But unfortunately it does not take away the ache and relieve me for good. And potentially dangerous because the oil is thin so flows down easily and easily gets in the eyes. When you apply the oil on skin when you have headaches it creates a burning sense. I am really happy to have stumbled upon this product. As a migraine sufferer, I have used almost every medical treatment available, still having a low grade migraine and needing to take rescue meds daily. Since starting this product, I have used my rescue meds exactly once. I am also sleeping much better without nightmares, and am more energetic upon awakening.     • Instant relief fro migraine pain.
I use these roll ons for instant relief from my migraine headaches that are nearly constant. I get Botox and Accupuncture so applying the roller along those lines offer the best relief. I bought this to carry in my work bag to help with headaches. Unfortunately, it leaks so bad the padded envelope it came was soaked and the roller-ball applicator is only half full. If I can keep it upright on my nightstand, I can still use what's left at home but this was disappointing.
