The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this storage shelf. The assembly was straightforward, with clear instructions and all the necessary tools included. It took me less than an hour to set it up by myself. The shelf is incredibly sturdy and can hold a surprising amount of weight without any wobbling. The only thing I don't like about it is the wood boards that it came with; they are a little flimsy and could be a little better in my opinion, although it doesn't matter once you put weight on it but still I wish the boards were a little thicker.

Assembly was simple. I used a rubber mallet inside of the ting mallet provided in the kit. Lots of storage space and way better than the plastic rack I had before this one. It’s very sturdy and holds heavy storage bins easily.

The assembly was straightforward and adequately illustrated by the instructions. I am confident that it will be plenty sturdy for my applications. However, a couple of things are not up to snuff and should be rectified, or taken into consideration by potential buyers: The plastic fasteners provided to secure the connection between the two vertical bars simply don't fit the holes provided. The expansion nut has no space to expand and the fastener cannot be inserted. I threw them out and tapped into my own supply of machine screws to secure that connection. Most seriously the boards for the shelves are 5 mm (about 3/16 in), while the ledge they sit on is 10 mm (about 3/8 in) thick. As a result, the is a lip of the metal edge of each shelf support jutting 5 mm above the board all around the perimeter of the shelf. I need to store flat items (mat board) on the shelves, with the boards occasionally extending beyond the edge. The lip of metal will damage the product and prevent it from being slid smoothly off the shelf. This is an unacceptable cheapening of the product - if they were only going to use 5 mm boards, they should have adjusted the ledge depth to also be no more than 5 mm. I will have to go out and buy another 5 mm layer of MDF, cut it to size, and sandwich it with the provided boards in order to make the shelves usable. I should not have to do that in order to use an otherwise good product. Disappointing.

It's a good shelf, easy to put together and feels hardy however it is not 18" depth like stated. I purchased this product to hold a tank that is 18in. deep and it hangs off by at least half an inch if not a little more on either side. Very frustrating after searching for a while for a stand that was wide enough, and triple checking the stand measurements before purchasing.

Purchased this shelving unit for either our garage or basement. The entire time we were putting it together the sides continued to pop out of their secure slots, it was very obvious the shelving wasn't going to be sturdy enough to maintain a solid foundation to house multiple shelves filled with tools, work equipment. I was completely ok having to pay for shipping but now that I am unhappy with the purchase, they are having me pay for return shipping again. There is no accountability to sell the quality product you are saying you have.

The rolled edges on the upright's prevent them from cutting into your hand's if you need to move the shelves, The horizontal support's have a lip that hide's the edge of the board, other's do not. The 45's in the corner's prevent the corner's from breaking when installing the shelves. The feet are hard plastic, snap in, and spread the load more than the rubber grommet's simular other shelves come with. The bracket that attaches the top and bottom of the upright's is metal, instead of plastic on other's. All in all, this shelf is very similar to the other one's that look near identical, but the subtle changes really make it stand apart. It's higher quality than any other similar shelves I've bought in the past.
