I was excited to start vacuuming and found out that I needed to keep my finger on the trigger while vacuuming. This product is a must if you own a cordless Dyson vacuum. The only complaint of owning a Dyson is having to hold the trigger down the whole time so this will save your fingers! I got a V15 Detect and found the trigger to be awkward to use, especially with my arthritis. I bought this item while feeling a bit skeptical as most of these cheap add-ons are junk. Not this one, though. I’m able to use my new Dyson as if it had an on/off switch. Installation couldn’t have been easier on my model. Just used this little gadget for the first time. I have the V8 cordless and It makes all the difference. I loved the vacuum features except the fact that you had to hold the trigger. I’d have to switch hands or take breaks because I would tire out. This fixes the problem and it’s such a low-cost. Even if it doesn’t last a year, it’s not so expensive that it would be a pain to replace it. So glad I stumbled upon this. Easy to place and once you put it on there, you can leave it on there.
