I didn’t have high expectations for these since they’re cheap but surprisingly they’re really nice quality! I mostly just wanted to add thickness to my hair because I’ve lost over half of my hair and after getting a lot of tests done I still don’t know why. I went with the 16 inch but I should have gone shorter since my hair is shoulder length so it’s difficult to blend. I took a little bit of length off but will probably do more, and also added some wave and texture with my flat iron (used heat protectant) at 310 degrees fahrenheit, just to make it blend nicer. It still feels super soft. The color match was pretty spot on too! Only complaints are one of the clips bent the first time I put them in, not sure how that happened but it won’t open now, I will try to replace it with one of the spare clips. I also have a small head so the extension is slightly too wide and sits weird by my ears. That’s not really the product’s fault though, I might try to add clips on the sides so it sits flat to my head. Overall I’m pleased! ... show more

I bought these because I didn’t want to spend a lot on hair extensions without experimenting first and they did the job. However, they only lasted about 2 weeks before the quality was nearly matted, frizzy, and stiff. I even bought synthetic hair shampoo and conditioner to try to revive them and it did not even slightly work. Not good for long term or every day use even if you take special care of them. Good buy for a single event. They helped me decide I want to buy good quality human hair extensions. I’d say buy them if you’re looking to experiment or glam up for a night or two! It’s really long and tangles easily because it’s fake. That’s a given for any extension set. The lightest blonde doesn’t match perfectly, its really yellow, so I had to return for a silvery shade of blonde. The wire and clips aren’t that great. The wire is adjustable, but it’s still not a firm or solid hold. There’s only 2 clips attached and there aren’t any clips on the ends of the extension set, so it does not stick flat against your head. I don’t know why they couldn’t add two clips to each side. The 2 clips that are there, aren’t that great, so the extensions rely mostly on the invisible wire to keep them up. You can sew on better clips if need be. It’s really cheap, so honestly it’s not a bad deal. I bought two so I can have a spare because they do get tangled quickly. It seems to be extremely heavy to layer two long sets, so I don’t recommend that if your hair is shorter. I would suggest sticking to one closer to your own length for natural blend. ... show more

I am a novice when it comes to hair pieces/extensions. A student suggested I try a crown/halo piece and so that is what I did. I bought two, one shorter and one longer so I could add layers. It works, but man, is it hot. I’ve only worn these out once because I mess/fidget with my hair a lot and I am afraid of pulling it or moving it and looking dumb. It is a pretty decent color-match to my natural gray hair, but I sure would like to add some color hints like a pastel purple or blue which I do to my own hair using color wash shampoos. These are heavy and tend to slide a little, but the transparent elastic is not noticeable when I wear it. The size is a little big for me, the edge of the hair rests on top of my ear and I have to make sure it does not stick out and give me the elf-ear effect. I love the product itself. The hair is easy to work with and very soft as well! It was also a perfect match for my hair color and pictured as so! Comes with some other things such as a comb, small spray bottle, extra wires and even a cute little ponytail holder! For the price, I would strongly suggest for a first time user/buyer. My only draw is I couldn't tell from the product what the weight of the hair would be so I could know if I needed to get a thinner volume. Lesson learned but does not take away from the product itself! I was not expecting much but very pleasantly surprised and looking forward to learning how to master getting this installed without showing through my really thin hair. My hair is a mix of silver, and dark brown. I ordered the 20, then took it to my hairdresser to have her shortness it and add some layers so it blended better. Once she did that I wore it, and it blended so good you could not tell it was an extension. Its is thick which looked good but I took one layer of hair off of it (it has three layers of hair sewn into band) so easy to thin out. The first pic was after I thinned it. Rest of the pics are after my hairdresser trimmed it. She cut several inches off. I did not take a pic of before we cut it. It also comes with wide toothed comb and extra halo bands which is nice just in case one breaks. The fabric the halo bands are sewn I to comes with two combs attached which is also good to help hold it in place although it would prob stay in place without them. It also comes with extra combs you can sew on yourself. It does shed. There is no curl in this one and it can't be curled.This is a good halo to wear for occasions or to test out. Now that I have wore it I want to wear it every day. It gets a little tangley, but those comb out. I store it on a hanger secured with two clothespins so it doesn't stretch out the halo band. SIince I know I like this one so well, I will prob invest in a human hair one that are more expensive so I can curl. My hair gets wavy in humidity by end of day and you can see a diff between my real hair and the extension..barely. ... show more
