Reebok has always been a great shoe in my opinion. I bought these for the sole purpose of my daily 4 mile walk everyday. I'm hooked on memory foam, soft soles wear smooth after 6 months. The air bladder is something you kinda gotta get use to. I'm not a big fan of air, I have air inserts in another pair of shoes and when you first take a couple steps it's like whoa gotta catch your balance but then yeah these are comfy. I'm keeping these because they really are a good walking shoe. My feet are on memory foam and air and have not hit the ground hard yet, you know what I'm saying, 2 layers of cushion. And you can replace the inserts with whatever you want, know that that might affect the fit of shoe. Not sure when Reebok did this. Last pair I got was 13 years ago. Definitely give them a try, if you don't like them get a refund, no big deal, try before you buy too.

First, I think this is a decent shoe and a lot depends on your expectation. The most prominent consideration is that this is a structurally solid sole, and it doesn't flex with your foot the way a soft-sole new balance or skecher will - and it won't wear out as fast, either. Because of this characteristic, this shoe is loud on my hardwood and ceramic floors, and on the brick walkway outdoors. The orthotic value is that the support on the inside of this shoe also comes from the sole - the memory foam is for cushioning, it is not orthotic. The sole and heel (see next) permit a little pronation. (This I found acceptable, even comfortable.) The heel construction is more like a running shoe than a walking shoe - it's rounded - but it stabilizes quickly and will settle depending on where your foot naturally wants to go. I use heel-lock lacing, which positions and holds the foot firmly in place without wandering. The fit is as true to size, but it is snug in width and there is no room above to accommodate an orthotic. Though I find it a little grippy on my D-regular width, it does stabilize the foot overall. Outside of the stiffness of the shoe (and resulting loudness on hard floors), I can see why many reviewers consider this an all day shoe. I found that its design departures from my usual new balance-type shoe to be striking, I can appreciate what the Reebok designers have engineered into this shoe.

I have been walking in these shoes every other day for a couple of weeks. These are the first pair of walking shoes I ever acquired. Previously, I made my usual walks of over an hour in length in hiking shoes or jogging shoes. When they wore out and I was looking for a replacement, I got drawn to try this pair of specialized walking shoes. And, well, they are very good! They are very different from hiking shoes and jogging shoes. OK, that's an obvious thing to say. But, this was news for me. So, I can recommend these shoes highly if you looking for shoes to use them indeed to go on long walks, as opposed to hiking or jogging. These are, it turns out, much better than using these other types of shoes for this purpose. Call me a converted skeptic.

Thus far I've only logged ~50 miles of walking on these since purchased, but so far they meet / exceed expectations given their comfort, stability (in dry and wet conditions), and affordability. I hope they continue to perform well as I typically log between 1,100 and 1,250 walking miles per year. I do not use these for anything other than my daily walks...I use less expensive footwear for knocking about on yard chores such as mowing, edging, raking, etc.

Especially for the 36 bucks and change I paid for them. The way the sole is designed, the shoes sort of naturally roll at the ball of your foot right behind your toes as you walk. The fit is perfect for my feet - I generally take a 12 regular and these are dead on. I broke them in fast walking my two dogs a little while ago, and could tell a noticeable difference in the amount of stress on my left knee - the one I have problems with sometimes. Also felt less impact in my lower back as I walked. The only remaining question now is how long they will last. Fingers crossed.

Shipping took what seemed like forever, the first pair arrived on time, but the size was too small, so I ordered a new pair one size bigger and a bit wider, they fit perfectly and feel great, but shipping was way too long

They need just a little wearing to have a good feel. Then they are wide enough. The center tread on the bottom is different.. Higher in the middle than the sides. After a few days I was used to this but might throw some people off balance.

I only paid $40 for these shoes and didn’t expect much. I walk at work at least 8 hours a day so foot comfort is a must. Reebok has always been a go to shoe brand for me. I highly recommend them!
