  • Great product
Color: Black Style: Wired M990
TLDR: Great mice, wireless variant doesn't let you program DPI buttons, mine lasted me ~2-3 years before getting issues. I have tried all three variants of this listing, it is almost replaces my keyboard for shortcut use (at least with media like YouTube). The ergonomics are fantastic for general use, and generally speaking most of the extra buttons too. Fair warning: The DPI buttons are reprogrammable on the wired models, but for some reason not on the wireless model. Because of this, I actually run into issues not having enough buttons for everything I want to do with it (Which is hilarious for such a product). I really want the 990 to have a wireless variant, because there's nothing else really like it on the market. Past that, for actually reviewing the features of these things: - Egro's are fantastic, it fits super nicely in the hand. The fire key is within reach of smaller hands, and depending on my hand position, either the 1 button or the 4 button naturally rests right under my thumb. - The lights are BRIGHT but have brightness settings to make them pretty tame. You get a small selection of rgb color patterns that you can slow WAY down if you like flashy lights but don't want something too distracting, which I really appreciate. - Battery life on the wireless model varies with how you use it. The power switch is tri-state: on/off/eco. In eco mode, only the DPI lights get dimly lit, otherwise the RGB is not on, and the mouse functions normally. I usually run about one to two weeks between charges, and the mouse can function in a wired configuration while charging. - The software for customization: Cool and Gimmicky. Works for the most part, and saves to the mouse itself, so it works even if you move to a computer without the software on it. It's kind of a sketchy download like all of Redragon's drivers. Keep in mind Redragon is a Chinese company based in Hong Kong. If you want something for secure work, you may want to avoid this one. - As for longevity, they definitely are not bulletproof, indefinite devices. The two that I've had, started breaking down after about 2-3 years, which to me is totally work the $50 these are at the moment. This was consistent between the wired and wireless 12 side button models. Both wore down in the same way: the left click started doing unintentional double clicks, which got really annoying, really fast. ... show more

  • Great quality and Very customizable plus 32000-DPI Great quality and Very customizable plus 32000-DPI
Color: Black Style: Wired M990
This gaming mouse is very easy to setup and use. Its plug in and play basically. But if you want to customize this mouse there is 5 different profiles you can save in the mouse memory at any given time and switching from different profiles can be done with the mouse and not having to go back into the software which i thought was a nice touch. Not to mention this mouse weight can be adjusted very easily from the bottom of the mouse!! You can also use the software to change the appearance with the RGB or the DPI which mind you is from 1000 to 32000 DPI which is insane. I technically only use about 3000 DPI. But not only can you customize the DPI and Colors of the RGB or how the RGB reacts but you can also set up macros within the software so you can set a single button to do multiple things but if you dont want a single button do to multiple things you can go into the software and set a single button to do either a single action or multi actions which is super customizable.. this is a MUST have for MMORPG gaming!! The grip is amazing too and super responsive!! A must have!! ... show more

  • Very customizable
Color: Black Style: Wired M990
This is one of the best mice I have ever used. Every single button can be rebound, even LMB and RMB if you are so inclined. I really like modular weight adjustment, though this mouse is heavy enough I only use one weight. Positives: 1. The highest DPI I have experienced. I usually keep my DPI maxed, but I had actually had to turn it down. That gives a lot of options. 2. Every button except for the hardware mode switch can be rebound. 3. Good weight and sturdiness. My only complaints are: 1. The mouse is a little small for me, but I have large hands and long fingers. 2. More of a recess on the right side of the mouse to allow you to lift it more conveniently would be nice for when you need to adjust the mouse, but don't want to hit any of the keys 3. The ability to disable the on mouse mode shift button. I hit that thing on accident too often. ... show more

  • I was going to wait
Color: Black Style: Wired M990
edit: You can ignore what I said about the key bindings, rather than using combo keys if you bind the combo key as a macro with a delay of 10ms it solves all of those problems. I was going to wait to check durability of this mouse, but it has a lot of scathing issues straight out of the box. But the software of this mouse, as well as the forced profile button are absolutely abysmal. It is impossible to use alt and shift modifiers with this mouse, it'll bind but its an absolute crapshoot whether it'll register it with or without the modifier. Using macro for the shift modifier doesn't fix a dang thing. Which means you're absolutely limited to non-modifier keys to use this mouse which is a shame and limits this mouses functionality heavily for me as I prefer to use alt binds on my mouse. The way the software binds keys you need to hit stop every time you press a key otherwise it'll keep going, its a mild annoyance compared to the severe one above The mouse has a profile key, if you accidentally hit it, it'll change profiles on you mid game. Put the mouse on this back? same will happen, its a very sensitive and unnecesary button. I will be removing it soon. Whoever thought Aluminium bottom plate was a good idea doesn't know mouse comfort. Why would you want to ADD weight to an already, extremely heavy mouse. I use a glass surface with hard plastic pucks which makes the weight less noticeable, at least the weights were easy to remove, but even without the weights is stupidly chonky. The side buttons have very inconsistent tension, some are a bit stiffer than others, lucky for me its only the 1,2,3,4 which are the outermost buttons that are harder to press. The cable is absolute dogwater, which if I were to use this mouse full time would need replacing or a bungee. I wasnt expecting a paracord at this price, but boy is it stiff. No L/R tilts on scroll wheel, but I bet they would mess that up so maybe a good thing? So much RGB, Will attempt to remove for weight reduction. Of course you can turn it off. ----------------------------------- The good... It feels sturdy in the hand, despite my hands being on the average --> Small side of things I could get used to it. Its not as comfortably shaped as the Naga but its not bad especially since it contains an extra row of buttons. While the side buttons feel inconsistent, the other buttons feel pretty good, easy to cllick, running Huanos so they will probably last longer than cheap omrons. Sensor tracking is better than the Naga Hyperspeed on my new glass pad. Could be the sensor going bad, could be the textured surface of this type of glass pad (worked fine on others), dont know, dont care. Razer makes shoddy products in my experience, but the software at least is more functional. So much RGB, if you enjoy ruining your OLED's contrast at night then by all means. -------------------------------- I want to love this mouse, I love how many buttons it has. And despite its flaw I will make attempts to main it because it has a lot of buttons and doesn't have the sensor and USB disconnection issues of my hyperspeed. But this is a well deserved 2/5 ... show more

  • Mouse works, but the side buttons are extremely mushy and hard to use
Color: Black Style: Wired M990
Pros: * Angling on side buttons does help with feeling their position better * Good packaging * Mouse itself works fine for normal mouse use Cons: * The side buttons are so stiff and mushy you can barely even tell when they've been pressed, making them very difficult to use. This is a pretty big issue since the side buttons are the only reason to even consider this mouse. ... show more

The software is TRASH. It is SO frustrating trying to setup macros or profiles, the software just deletes things and doesn't work half the time... trash software.

  • Great feel and easy to use
Color: Black Style: Wired M990
I got this to play World of Warcraft. I was able to easily download the configuration app from the website. Configuration is a bit tricky to figure out. I suggest watching a short YouTube on it. The side buttons are comfortable. The only issue I have with them is if I have to pick up my mouse to reposition, I sometimes press a button which can cause problems if I’m mounted and I hit a button that dismounts me while I’m in the air. Splat Lol. The feel of the mouse is slick. The wheel turns nice but I kind of wish it was a bit more “clicky”. It’s a heavy mouse but I haven’t taken any of the weights out yet because I can’t get the little cover off the bottom. This is probably not an issue for everyone. I’m disabled so it could be I’m just not strong enough to do it. But even with it being a bit heavy it’s not a big deal. I feel the mouse is made more for larger hands as I have to slide my hand back just a bit when I’m using the lower 8 buttons. Again not a big deal. I have long fingers though so more compact mice tend to feel cramped. The cable is nice, braided and soft with a Velcro strap to keep extra under control. And the bottom is metal and slides along very well. All in all I’m very happy with my purchase. Oh and it’s very pretty when it’s all lit up 😁 ... show more
