This led red light seems to be very good quality, has a nice weight on it. The lights are also very bright, brighter than I expected actually as it is my first time trying this type of product. I don't have a way to test the wavelengths of this light to prove that it is what it says it is but it does cover a large swath of the body which is helpful because usually you only can treat the face area but this shows l allows more body benefits.

I was surprised that I could feel my body reacting to the red light therapy and would highly recommend this light. I can hang it where I want to target certain parts of my body and it was easy to just slip under a nightstand or desk.

Bought this to treat some of my pain, it’s plug and play really simple and easy to use, have a lot of light build, infrared red light, heat up fast and brighten and warmth enough to relieve the pain as I mentioned earlier it was able to relieve some of my pain after about 10-15 minutes after using it, yet is not too hot, there’s also a hook to hang it, anyway, I am satisfied with this product.
